    They did new roof in May 2022 for a house in *****, ******, **, it was with the old owner.1. I bought house 5 days later. To transfer the ******** on my name name they took 2 mnths. Several emails and phone calls unanswered. Finally they did it over email. They didn't bother to provide any information about what does ******** holds.2.They messed up my water heater exhaust pipe while doing roofing. The exhaust is miss aligned and its tilted because its sealed in wrong way with roof. It was causing mono-oxide in the attic, so I had to turn it off. Its been 1.5 yrs I am requesting them to come & fix it. Finally in June 2023, ******* came to see the issue. He scheduled a *********** for someone to visit. No one showed up. 2 people came uninformed, a weak later ,w hen I was out of *****. I kept calling back to reschedule and today is 9/14/2023. No one has responded. I am living in a house where a wor**** water heater is turned off for 1.5 yrs now because mono oxide is being released and its exhaust is misaligned by these people.3. There was major hailstorm in May 2023. I reached out again for that. Finally JUn 9th someone visited, did some checks and just left. Didn't bother to provide/show pics/images or any report of what needs a fix. Since then I am trying to know what s***** **** of ******** do they cover. It takes years to reach out to these people if they have already installed new roof. But it takes minutes for them to respond if its a new business. Don't get business done by them

    In December of 2021, while employed by a different roofing company, **************** and his crews did a great job replacing our houses roof and gutters. At that time, ***** was very helpful and communicative. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

    On March 2, 2023, our neighborhood was hit by extreme weather, which included a hail storm which lasted ten minutes. When the storm finished, my wife and I tried to assess whether our property had sustained any substantial damage, especially to our roof. From the ground, our houses roof looked okay at a glance. But I knew it needed closer examination.

    I was surprised to get a text message from ***** (who now works for Falcon Roofing TX, LLC) that same day. He said he was going to check our roof for us and would let us know if we had any problems. ***** kept his word the very next day. It was a relief to have a trusted professional examine our roof and let us know that it was in good shape in the wake of the hail storm.

    ****** gesture was very kind. He is a true professional. My wife and I truly appreciate his consideration. Thanks again, *****!
