    I purchased a twenty five dollar razor gold card for another and when they tried to redeem it she was told it had already been redeemed. This is a widespread problem. In addition after this single transaction the website tried to purchase other cards I didn't authorize. Luckily my bank caught most of those hacks.

    I paid $219 for a $200 Apple Gift Card and when I tried to use the card, I received an error that the code was already used.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    they sent you the screenshot I sent to them, per the card closets request. I didnt send the code anywhere! I tried to check the balance on the card via the Apple site when I received it! When I tried to redeem it, I got the error that the code had already been used.

    The card closet suggested I contact Apple Support, which I did.  ***** told me to request the serial number for the digital code from ********************** so they could track the usage.

    after 2 weeks, the card closet has still not been able to provide the serial number.

    Our terms and conditions of purchase do not allow for refund.  Nor does it state we have serial numbers.  Apple is dumb.  We purchase codes directily from ***** and with digital codes, they do not have serial numbers.  The customer support agents you are talking to only think in terms of buying from Target or something.   I do not know how to explain that a card, directly from *****, was redeemed, right after your purchase.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The code was already used when I received it.

    i was directed to Apple by ***** at The Card Closet. ***** stated they are not authorized resellers of Apple Gift Cards.

    also according to *****, they cannot track the usage of the code without the serial number. If it didnt exist, why would ***** request it and why would the card closet staff have me waiting 2 weeks for something non-existent?

    After googling the error I received, it is not the first time a customer has received a used code from ********************** and this company has the discretion to grant a refund. It has been done before.

    im 52, disabled and on a fixed income. The ******************************************* I had no nefarious intentions in purchasing this card.

    This business sells gift cards online, of which I purchased three; an Amazon gift card and two Razer Gold game cards. The total purchase was $150, fifty each. I have received only the Amazon card. I have not been able to view any of them or go into my account to access them. They do not provide any customer support via the the phone. Only through email which has not proven helpful at all. They will not issue refunds because they claim they may have been used. My concern there is if I cant physically see them or gain possession of them how can I use them? I would be satisfied if I could speak to a real person who would walk me through the process to get access to them and have them in my possession to use so that I do not lose my money. I am a senior on a fixed income and $150 is too much money to lose.

    I will inquire with pay pal about the payment which now has become 2 payment. And if the card used they should had never taken the money out. And  explain that they don't except the type of card in a notice . And should not accepted once and then not make good on order the next 2 times. But take my money I still have not received as of yet. I still reject and will until I get my refunds.

    I ordered an apple gift card from them on ******** for an amount of $200, I paid $218.99. After jumping through many hoops I finally was able to get access to the gift card. Everytime I try to redeem the gift card it says it is not validated. When I reached out to customer service for help they told me to follow the instructions on card to redeem and asked me for a screenshot of the issue. I sent them a screenshot after following the instructions and getting told it could not validated again, only to end up with a new customer service agent who told me to do the exact same thing I just did. I did it again and was told to send another screen shot, this time in light mode with the code I am inputting in. I was also asked which apps or website I was using, apple music app and the apple store website, both of which are official apple sites/app. Reading on the apple website I found out the gift card provided is an older style and the instructions are no longer 100% valid. I have also tried to check the balance on the gift card and was told it is not valid. I would like a refund for my purchase if possible but if I can't get one then a replacement with a current style of gift card.

    Was trying to delete a ******** page that my ex wife made without my consent. I called the number listed to talk to someone ***************) they somehow walked me through deleting the ** page or so I thought, they gained access to my phone and debit card info and charged $424.00 to my card. Then said it would be a total of $1200. So I hung up and canceled my debit card. They then called me and was moving things around on my phonesaid I had to pay these outstanding charges before could delete the app. Im just a hard working man who isnt the best in the computer stuff, I wanted the ** page taken down bc it wasnt me posting pics. Please help if you can.

    I purchased a $50 Amazon gift card for $56 and they sent me a fake code. When I tried to use it on Amazon my account was closed for fraud!

    I am rejecting this response because it's not true. I had never used the account for any orders or transactions except to use this gift card. I opened the account and tried to redeem the code given and it was immediately rejected and locked my account. I spent over a week trying to resolve it and they still closed the account after investigation regarding this card. I contacted the Card Closet numerous times about it and refused to take action. I want my money back for the card purchase.

    I just read over your email and im very disappointed in your decision. I don't know whatelse I needed to say or send because i sent the original receipt, order number, etc. Then today, they send me 2 cards in which the codes dont even work because an error message popped up saying that the codes have already been used. I never had a problem with them until recently and all I ask for is a refund or replacement. Seems like now the replacement cards didn't work, I'm requesting a refund from them. I will enclosed the email that was sent to me today and my response back to them. I only want to do whats right and whats best because im sure im not the only one that had a problem like this.

I see that after they order and sent defective cards and looks like I won't get my money back after showing proof of purchase and showing proof that the cards they sent was also defective. I understand that all cards aren't made the same and it's not the sellers fault but at least after everything has been proving and the replacement are the same way, then it would be in the best interest to just refund a person's money and sever ties.
