      I ordered a signed red glove and funko pop by ******************* and I have been charged 2 times for two months worth of their subscription for funko pop autos. I have no received any of them. I have emailed them and have gotten a response but that was 2 weeks ago and I have not received anything. Attached photos will help.

      Hi ****. This is ****, the owner of BAM! I have responded in multiple places to you now. As I stated before, this box was packed and dropped off at **** We drop off to the same *** drop-off spot here in ******. There have been numerous complaints of people not seeing movement then suddenly the box is in their city out for delivery. We do not know why this happens. We have reached out to Shopify and *** and have gotten nowhere with either of them other than "it can hap[pen." We shipped your items, we are just waiting for the tracking number to show it. You bought a lot from my personal collection and I made sure this was sent out to you as I appreciate the business and want my own items to go to the right people.

      After cancelling Bam Box concluded business and shut down, apparently they started a new business, Bam Box Autographs. They just started a subscription for me, billed me, I caught them and asked for a refund, they said no, I complained and they still sent this garbage to me that I didn't order. Apparently they did this a lot. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BILLING INFO, THEY'LL USE IT INDISCRIMINATELY.

      Hi ******!

      First off let me apologize for the confusion. I'm thankful you supported my small business and hope to welcome you back in the future. Back in December everyone was emailed that we were switching over to Bam Autographs from Bam! Box. We sent 3 very detailed emails about the switch over and I was on live talking about this new company from back in October on the Bam! ******** pages. We also additionally gave everyone a month to decide if they wanted to cancel or renew. If you did nothing and did not cancel the billing automatically renewed under the new company Bam! Autographs. That is why you received an order for February and one for ******************************** policy states that we don't allow refunds. This is the same policy we have had under Bam! Box and when you receive your order we can no longer take it back as it is a mystery box program. I know customer support reached out and let you know this. She also did cancel you so no future charges will be applied. I hope this clarifies some of the confusion you faced. You will no longer be charged and we definitely hope you can understand our policies and procedures especially.

      Again, I thank you for being a bammer and hope that one day you will come back and give us another chance.

      I ordered a Black Friday Box and it did not have everything that was listed in the box. I then read that the company was changed from Bam! Box to Bam! Autographs. I did not create a new account and was charged $60+ for something I didnt sign up for. Then I tried to contact them and havent heard anything at all.

      I do apologize that you weren't happy with your Black Friday Box. Those boxes were Mystery Boxes and no two boxes were the same. The ones that were seen advertised were just examples of what could have been in the box. I did want to thank you for being an active Bam! Box subscriber. When we switched over to Bam! Autographs your subscription continues with Bam! Autographs.  If you would like to cancel please log into your Bam! account and we will happily cancel your reoccurring subscription. Our support team has also notified me that we have been unable to reach you as you have not been able to provide an order number that we can look into what's going on. We have responded to your emails and you have not gotten back to us with an active order number. Please respond with an order number and we'd be more than happy to either refund you or send you out another box as we want to make sure our customer satisfaction is top tier and if not the most important. 

      Again thank you for being a Bam! boxer. We truly wouldn't be the company today without people like you as we are a small business who made it through COVID. And please get us an Order number so I can personally hand over to support.

      I purchased a celebrity autograph mystery box when I received the box. I seen the autographs that I received and didn't want to mess with them too much so I put them up till I was ready to get them Graded well times have been tough so I couldn't afford to do it at the time so last week I was getting ready to grade them this weekend. When I realized the book that i received with a autographed from them does not have a COA When contacting them, they told me I was pretty much out of luck and there's nothing they could do. But their website clearly says they guarantee a COA with every autograph. And they're not standing behind their word.

      First off, thank you for supporting our small business. I totally understand going through tough times and we only made it through with loyal supporters like you. 

      We have gone through a lot of changes within the last couple years as well. I have a brand new team and we try to avoid issues like these in all instances. Whenever an order is purchased we have a *************************** plan. This is sent with every order in your email details. If it hadn't have been so long since your order I'd happily take it back and offer a refund and replacement. Since it has been over two years we can't take back the autograph as we don't have anything similar in stock and we can't authenticate it after that 60 day window. I do have some good news though, our friends over at ******* authentications can get you all squared away. Feel free to reach out to *****************************'s support team (*************************************************) as they should be able to get that sorted for you.

      Again I apologize that my team and I can't be of more help in this instance. I do hope one day you can give us another chance and we can show you all that Bam! Autographs has to offer.

      TheBamBox issued an item on their website for sale $99 for the box. It was supposed to have a premium chase pack with 4 iconic characters. However TheBamBox intentionally misled customers all over the world and sent every customer the SAME item, even if you purchased more than 1. They misled us all into believing wed get something different when in fact TheBamBox knew theyd be sending every paying customer the SAME package. They knew ahead of time theyd be sending Astro Boy posters and not any other autograph. So they misled the title of the item they were selling to gain more buyers. They shouldve labeled the item for sale Astro Boy autograph poster which they have done after seeing complaints!! Ive included 2 photos. One being the screenshot from their website showing what we thought wed be getting and the 2nd photo is the photo every one who purchased got. We were misled!

      I want to personally address the issues we've had with Bam! Box. We have a whole new team in place and I apologize for all the issues we had with former teammates and issues with the same box being sent. This was completely out of my control as I had faith in some teammates and I see sometimes you put faith in the wrong people. To overcome those issues, I promised everyone who wasn't happy that I'd replace the boxes if you just sent the box back. I've actually attached screenshots of new orders we sent out after we received ********* Box order that was the same and that you were unhappy with. When you sent it back, we sent out a free replacement box for you. I can see that went out on 9/19/2023 and was delivered. I personally hope to avoid these issues in the future and would love to welcome you back to the new branding with Bam! Autographs and hope you will receive the 5 star customer support we truly strive for.

      I ordered a very expensive product, the order price was captured twice on same transaction and I have made attempts immediately from that point to contact customer service via email The phone number that I found via internet is not their phone but the gemeral number to a mall. They do not respond to my emails. I need assistance im getting a refund for the item before it actually ships to avoid even more issues.

      I made an order and asked for a refund after a few days.Got a response that it couldn't be done because the order was about to ship. So I emailed again and requested the cancellation. The response I got was "Our Black Friday Mega boxes are on schedule to start shipping next week. We appreciate your patience!"Totally ignoring my request

      Great name by the way! I'm the owner of Bam! and first off just want to thank you for your business. We couldn't have survived COVID without your support.

      Along checking your account I do see that you ordered the Black Friday Horror Box back in 2022. I know it's been a little while and I do apologize since I'm just getting around to respond to this BBB request, but wanted to make sure everything was good. When you place an Order online we have a no cancellation policy, it states that on the terms and policies when you purchase any box on the website. So when my team was packing boxes we cannot cancel an order already placed as that is the policy. I do see you never communicated after the box was shipped and delivered.

      Since moving over to Bam! Autographs and collecting a whole new amazing team I hope one day to be able to provide you with 5 star service we strive for and you give us another shot in the future.

      So they have a subscription box in which they charge a set amount for a box full of what the desired description (geek,horror, etc). They have charged me for NOV and DEC and when i asked when i would receive shipping info through email and there ******* live show. I got no response at all . I have Cancel my subscription but i saw in the chat that there are other people they seem to also not delivering on products that they are charging people for. They charged me around 100 bucks for two months but i will not be giving them any more. My concern is that they are scamming people with no products then just ghosting people when confronted .I have recieved no Tracking number... no notice of any delays... i shouldnt have to turn into a ******* channel to get updates on a product that i am being charged every month for.. this should be looked into please
