    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Leaf Trading Cards regarding a recent purchase that resulted in a completely unsatisfactory experience. On 09/19/2024, I purchased a 2024 Leaf Ultimate Sports Hobby 10-Box Case for $5,250 through a third-party website.Upon receiving the case, I was horrified to discover that the entire box was infested with insects and had an unbearable odor. The condition of the product was so severe that I had no other option but to immediately dispose of it. Given the considerable investment of $5,250, I reached out to the seller I purchased the product from, expecting a resolution.The seller informed me that this was a manufacturing issue and instructed me to contact Leaf Trading Cards directly. I followed their guidance and contacted ****, hoping for assistance. However, the customer service I received from Leaf was both unprofessional and dismissive. I was treated poorly and made to feel as though I was somehow at fault for this situation. This treatment is completely unacceptable, especially considering the condition of the product and the significant amount of money I spent.I am requesting either an immediate replacement of the 2024 Leaf Ultimate Sports Hobby 10-Box Case or a full refund of my purchase price. The product was clearly defective upon arrival, and I believe Leaf Trading Cards, as the manufacturer, is fully responsible for this issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the condition of the product and the lack of support provided by their customer service team.

    I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue I encountered with a product from Leaf Trading ************* I purchased a 2024 Leaf Decadence Multisport Hobby Box from a licensed third-party seller, only to find that it was infested with insects and emitted an unbearable odor upon opening. The smell and infestation were so severe that I had no choice but to dispose of the product.I immediately contacted the third-party seller to report the issue, and they confirmed that this problem originated from the manufacturer, Leaf Trading Card. When I reached out to ***** customer service, I was met with dismissive and rude treatment. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the representative acted as though I were at fault, which I found highly unprofessional and ************ a paying customer, I expect a manufacturer to stand by their products and offer a solution when there is a clear manufacturing defect. I am requesting an immediate replacement of the 2024 Leaf Decadence Multisport Hobby Box.

    In May I purchased a case of 2024 LEAF POP CENTURY. Each case has 10 boxes and you are GUARANTEED 4 autos per box. I opened the entire case. 8 of the 10 boxes did not have a 4th auto in them. I reached out and sent all documentation via email. I sent sufficient information and didnt need to send an empty case and lose more money by sending the case. Ive already lost about ******* plus dollars. I want 8 autographs to make up for the lose.

    Purchased the Book of Love ************************************************* Dual Booklet Autograph #'d /11 trading card on October 12, 2023 for $1509.99, I received said order on November 2, 2023 and opened package on November 5, 2023, upon opening I noticed trading card had multiple noticeable glue stains and scuffs, I contacted Leaf Trading Cards customer service right away on November 5, 2023 via their contact us section on their website, to this date they still have no responded, I filed a claim with my cc company Citi and just found out that **** refused to issue a refund.

    On December 20, 2023, I purchased a sealed autographed Football Jersey Box (2023 edition) from Leaf Trading ************ as a gift in the amount of $147. The box clearly states that it contains autographed jerseys from current and retired "players". Upon opening the sealed box, it was a jersey of comedian, "former amateur drug dealer" (his words) and addict, *************************. I was sold something that was clearly not as advertised. I have spent the past three weeks attempting to contact the company via phone (voicemail boxes are completely full), email and messaging through social media. None of the aforementioned forms of correspondence have resulted in a response from Leaf.

    Shorted items on two orders. **************** voicemail constantly full. Multiple emails to customer service and employees inside the company unanswered. Order#***** shorted *************** nextgen card $99.99; shipping email said card should have been in the package, was not. Order#***** shorted 2x *************** continuum cards $99.99 each; shipping email said cards should have been in the package, they werent. Total complaint: $299.97 No emails from business regarding backorders/issues.

    Hi, I placed order #***** on Oct 29th for two cards. I have yet to receive the cards or any tracking info. I've sent multiple emails to customer service, reached out on X, and Instagram, and called and not have received a single response.

    Hi, I recently filed a BBB complaint and chargeback about an order that took over a month to ship with no updates and ignored my calls, and emails and reached out on social media. Today they canceled five of my other orders saying "this is in their system Reason: Customer changed/cancelled order" I never changed or cancelled these orders. This is retaliation by a corrupt company that can't handle business professionally. I want the items I paid for not a refund.

    This customer ordered several items and they were all deemed high risk by our website fraud department.  We therefore cancelled all of these orders and refunded them.  Any orders that come across as high risk are cancelled due to possible credit card theft or misrepresentation.

    I am rejecting this response because: If these orders were high risk of fraud why allow so many orders, why not reject the initial order or reach out for verification this is a unacceptable answer and just a typical bs from Leaf to save themselves from actually fulfilling orders and doing any actual work.

    Spent 100 dollars on a box of 2023 Leaf Exotic Baseball. Was supposed to get three metal autographed cards. First the cards have no metal at all and I only received 2 cards in the box. Not only was I shorted one autograph. I believe one of the other two cards to be a fake autograph. Both of the cards that were in the box were in my opinion severely damaged. This was probably due to the cheap top loaders and cheap soft sleeves used. Very disappointed! As a teacher I do not have time or money to waste 100 dollars and get shorted an autograph and have the 2 received as damaged or not authentic.

    I purchased a print to order sports card from Leaf on July 18th, 2023. It was delivered on August 22nd, 2023 and was damaged. There was a hair embedded underneath the autograph sticker, several gouges in the card's plastic case and the tamper evident seal was ripped. I immediately filled out a Contact Us customer service form on August 22nd or 23rd. I did not hear back for weeks so I began the chargeback process with my credit card company on September 13th. The next day I finally heard back from Leaf stating to send back the card to see if a replacement was available. I sent the card back so they could verify damage. I filled out their customer service slip and stated "Replacement". Then they contacted me and said they could not give me a replacement and that a refund was issued even though I did not agree to a refund. I would rather have a damaged card than no card and refund. After emailing again stating I would like my card back that I have paid for and they stated there was nothing further they could do.

    The customer received a full refund for the purchase.  Unfortunately because these trading cards are limited and we only produce a certain number and only have a certain number of autographs, we can't always replace the items.  If the customer would like a few free items to help them feel better, we can certainly do that.  But unfortunately we can't re-create the item that was damaged.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have not received the courtesy free items offered in the first response for holding my $500 for months, not responding to my customer service complaint until after I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and then not being offered any sort of resolution. If received, I can close out the case.
