  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from Signs Express. On Friday, Feb 27, 2025, I engaged Signs Express to flip two sides of a sign on a pole to comply with city code requirements. While I appreciate the promptness of the service, I am deeply concerned about the exorbitant cost of $5,000 charged for what should have been a straightforward task.The City informed me that failure to adjust the sign would result in daily fines. Under this pressure and stress, I agreed to the quoted price without fully considering its fairness or market standards. However, after contacting several other sign companies, I discovered that such pricing is far above industry norms. Unfortunately, these companies were unable to assist me in a timely manner due to their busy schedules, leaving me with no alternative but to proceed with Signs Express.While I understand that businesses set their own pricing structures, I believe this charge was unreasonable for the scope of work performed. As a customer who relied on your expertise during a stressful time, I feel taken advantage of and disappointed by this experience.

  **** promised us outdoor sign, inside sign and monument sign. He only delivered the sign for outside my dental practice but 100% failed to deliver inside and outside monument sign. He is a corn artist and please avoid dealing with him

  Tried to get a quote from **** for portions of a larger project. Asked THREE times for a quote on the portions only, and he only responded that he wanted the whole project. Never responded to follow-up emails. Not professional at all. Red flags are red flags.

  If I could give the business ZERO stars, that would say it all. Our experience has been terrible to say the least. ******************* says he's the owner. Terrible service, continues delays and excuses. Neither he or his people in the office follow thru on anything. ***** is just as bad as ***** They both send emails with specific dates their person will come out to fix the sign they installed and no one ever shows up. We call to ask what is the delay and it takes at least 4-5 calls before they will return or answer the call. I should have read the complaints below before doing business with Signs Express. As some customers have said, they lack honesty, professionalism, **** will call and hound you everyday until he get's the business. Once that is done, forget about getting him to call you in a timely and professional manner. Our installs were delayed by several weeks, one was delayed by several months after his quote for the jobs and installs was 5-6 weeks. We still cannot get them to fix one of the signs they installed. STAY AWAY from Signs Express and *******************.

  This place lack of honesty and professionalism . **** , the manager , was after me so bad to hook me up in the deal , and once I signed , he was so negligent to my calls or messages . He offered me to do the sign without city permit to save himself money but I refused . He insisted to pay him in full before installation and he forced me to do it , because he knew time was very critical for me since he delayed me .on day of installation, he made me wait for few hours in front of the building purposely just to prove his point that he is in control . He refused to talk to me and so rude to hang up on me when tried to reach him from another phone since he's recognising my phone and he's not answering it .I can't explain enough how rude this person **** , it's unbelievable that someone like him do business with people. Forgot to mention that the price he started with was $7200 , and within an hour it went down to $3800.... Yes I liked the lower price but I didn't know that I will get the worst service, the dishonesty , the no commitment. Also , he is so cheap when it comes to money , he will fly to you from no where To get his money , once money in his pocket , he doesn't care about what work he does for you . Add to that, he will tell that city permit takes 2 weeks , I believed him then I called the city and they told me it's only 3-5 days. I'm just that unlucky person to fall in his trap . Hope you guys be careful and not deal with him or his business.
