    We have been customers since at least 2011. Despite my dissatisfaction from their last visit in 2019, I was going to give them another chance to fix my garage doors, partly from a 3 yr warranty on the springs, and partly from supporting this business. We were scheduled for anytime from 8 am - 4 pm. The technician called about 230 pm to say he will be coming. Thirty minutes later, he called again to say he is cancelling the appointment based on his 2019 visit. On 10/15/2019, the Overhead Door from Carrollton sent Gary to put in a spring with a 3 year warranty on the large garage door. He had to return on 11/18/2019 as the door would not close completely. In February of 2020, the garage door was still not closing completely and it left a gap on the bottom. We called again and Gary came out. He then proceeded to tell us that he cannot fix this even though he was here in October and then in November with a complaint that the garage door was not closing completely (as he noted on the receipt). He asked me to call the office again to send another person who can fix this. He then left without doing anything despite my argument that he had done two things to the same garage door and he left the bottom unaligned. I called the office twice on 2/21/2020 and 2/28/2020 without any response. Today, after he cancelled my appointment, I called the office and spoke with Sunshine. Sunshine says the spring does not have a warranty but the receipt clearly states 3 year warranty Spring with Gary's handwriting. I indicated to her that she is refusing to come out when there is a warranty on the spring that is possibly the problem. I also informed her that i will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for scheduling, confirming it, then cancelling service appointment at the last minute; and for denying a warranty when the receipt clearly states it is still under warranty. The owner is unprofessional, and discriminatory, and does not listen to customer concerns.
