    I am very dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Crestview in ****. My roof was replaced less than 1 year. Now my roof started leaking again. When my roof was replaced, I informed them of the exact location of leak. I took the rv in for service a few weeks ago. Only for them to tell me I have a leak, coming from my antenna. I provided this info for the second time less than a year ago. I was told to get that patched up it will cost me around ****** dollar due to the labor @ ****** per hour. This is an existing issue, that my insurance paid you to fix. Now you tell me you couldn't narrow down where the actual leak was coming from. I told you all from the beginning where it was leaking from. if you replaced the roof, why didn't you check the seal on the metal part of the antenna. The seal, it's worn, how did you miss that after getting paid between 6,000-7,000 for a new roof. Insured work was done Crestview said it will cost more than insurance check was issued . They never got approval to cover additional repair. They performed work no call to me or insurance company. ***************** denied claim. I was told that I owed more money. To my knowledge before you preform any repairs customer and insurance company should be contacted. I'm not understanding how am I responsible for the additional repairs . Service manger was involved , ask can I pay 1/2 of what's owed. As a customer I should not been ask to pay anything. Almost a year later you want to charge me for 3 hours of service @ ****** for some Dicor. . You failed to seal that area now I'm having the same issue. I was told I could buy it myself and seal it, no worries. At this point I was just outdone with the level of service. Then got home and my lid for my propane cover wasn't placed back on. However, they did order me a new one and I picked it up. It's frustrating dealing with a repair that could've been fixed. I'm also in the market for to purchase a newer RV but not from Crestview Buda

    -5 stars if I was able. We brought the ** cash in December 2020. We were told by the salesman that it would be fine in *******, ********* in the cold blistering winter. We had to take our 4 year old son for major surgery and was the reason for purchasing the ** since he has chronic health needs and will needed many more surgeries and a lifetime of medical treatments. All the lines froze and busted and we didnt have water for the 2 weeks we were there. Our elderly parents and 2 children had to stay in the ** without water during that whole time. We were in the hospital with our other son for 5 days. Once we got back we dropped it off in January 2021 and it took well over 3 months for the repairs. We recently took it back in October of 2022 to be checked out because there was some minor repairs and the fridge went completely out. After checking it out they said they would order the parts and then told us we needed to repair the top seals and would cost $2000 and wasnt included in the warranty. After another 3 months we called because they still hadnt called us to drop off off to make the repairs. They finally schedule an appointment and tell us to bring it in February 2023. We are told it will be 3 weeks. 2 months later we call and are told we will get it by April 7th. Of course we didnt. We called again and today and they said it will be ready this week. A little later they called back again and said they dont even have the parts. No repairs have even been made. Who knows how long until we will get it back. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Stay away from ********************** ** in Buda, Georgetown and ******, Waco.

    *********'s - sales, ******* - finance manager and **** - service/setup were outstanding and walked us thru every step.Unique was they also allowed us to spend a night in our RV before we took it off the lot and addressed any questions, etc.I would highly recommend Crestview - Buda, as they understand customer service!

    We researched online extensively to select the ** that fit our needs. We called Crestview ** in Buda, who had the make and model of the new ** we wanted, and spoke with *********************** in sales. We drove down to look at the trailers the same day, they had 3 of the models that we wanted on the lot. She was very informed and helpful, showing us all 3, we chose the trailer we wanted after a through inspection. She has been in this industry for 20 years and is very knowledgable. Crestview RV Buda was more than happy to allow our own private ** Inspector we hired to look at our trailer a few days later and he complete his inspection, finding nothing wrong except the refrigerator needed to be rest.A couple of days later we drove to **** and met with the finance person who was friendly, kind and thorough. Then we were introduced to **** who is the new manager of ***************** As he walked us out to the ** he answered our questions regarding service, timeframe estimates. He also talked about new systems he had put in place to improve repair and service.**** introduced us to **** the service technician who spent two hours going over details of the trailer and answered all of our questions. They were very easy to work with and we look forward to taking our new trailer there for service when it is needed. I would recommend Crestview RV Buda to friends or family!

    **************** is the worse we have ever dealt with. Will not return our calls and when we have a problem on a trailer that we purchased from them the wait time is ridiculous!! Wish we had never purchased from them!!
