  I give Progressive a 5++ star rating if there is such a thing as that. The company is professional, courteous, patient and thoughtful from top to bottom.In 2016 had enlisted their services to replace a security system installed when our home was built. The owner of the company came to my home and determined what needed to be done to complete the job. I was impressed then and throughout the years with them i have never had a problem that they did not resolve right away or a call or email go unanswered.on a visit to upgrade my doorbell camera, **** and I spoke about upgrading my system. He explained all the improvements made since my initial installation. after about 55 changes (all by me) we finally got the job done.Through out this whole process the office staff was wonderful to work with and the technician was also.The wonderful office staff worked relentless with me to get my hardware tested and the many revisions made by me. They were never disturbed or short tempered no matter how many times they went over a particular issue.It took two days before a light bulb went on and i finally got the last bit of info they were helping me with. I must say that they are a very, very special group and this and exceptional organization with the staff it has put together.the upgrade was better than expected. This is without any doubt the very best security company available anywhere in our area and possibly the state. It put the big name brand celebrity endorsed companies to shame. Highly, highly recommend Progressive Protection.

  can't say enough about what an exceptional company Progressive Protection is. ***** the owner, worked with us at *********************** to make sure we were completely satisfied not only with the security system and cameras, but with the price as well. ***** and ******* have gone above and beyond with their customer service and professionalism providing us with amazing product as well as outstanding customer service. The instillation technician was very knowledgeable and courteous as well. We would highly recommend Progressive Protection has gone above and beyond and definitely exceeded any expectations we had. Thank you to everyone at Progressive Protection for making our experience with you incredible! We would highly recommend this company for all your security needs.

  I would start by saying that Progressive Protection Security Systems, Inc. is a cut above the rest in any class. I have been using this company for many years and I am convinced they are better than any other alarm company that Ive ever reviewed for pricing, overall value, speed which they respond to your inquiries or personally used in the past. Progressive Protection is the superior choice for smart home security with Police, Fire and Medical monitoring. Ill also add that they are locally owned and operated from right here in central *****. Progressive Protection customized my residential security to my exact needs with exceptional, fast and reliable technicians. I would rate them five out of five stars any day. They have reliable 24/7 monitoring services at a very reasonable price. The products they install are far superior, made to a higher quality that will last longer than its competitors. So whether youre getting your first system or upgrading to a better one this alarm company is the clear choice. Many companies that I have done business with were all about the sale and soon after we were forgotten about; this has never been the case with the remarkable staff at Progressive Protection. So if youre looking for an organization that is head and shoulders above other alarm companies with excellent service provided to their customers with high tech, cutting-edge equipment this is the choiceProgressive Protection Security Systems, Incorporated.I want to say thank you to everyone involved in the process of my alarm upgrade.
