      After 53 years of subscribing I quit due to their ridiculous terms of service and poor customer service. Now they are billing me for a subscription I did not renew. I have never agreed to their automatic renewal, nor their add on charges for “special issues” .

      Agree with two of the comments. How can you possibly put in billing address info when there is no place to put it. That mistake should have been corrected by now. Can’t decide whether to cancel or update subscription.

      No stars!!!! I paid for a year's subscription at a price of $155.48 starting on June 7, 2023. I December, I received a bill for $79 for the delivery of some of their premium add-ons which I never knew about or approved. I canceled my subscription immediately. They said there would be no refund because they deducted the cost of the premiums from my yearly subscription. My friend had the same thing happen to them. What a racket!

      The customer placed an online order for the Chicago Tribune on 6/07/23 via NSS for seven days. This order started on 6/08/23, and then the customer called in and canceled the order on 6/14/23. The system shows a refund 6/27/23 of $155 back to the customer's credit card.

      System refused to accept my updated billing information. It said I needed to add my mailing address, street, city, state and zip, but there is no place on their site that I could add that information. It would only take my new credit card number, date and month and security code. Therefore I couldn't update

      Shstem refused to accept my updated billing information because it said I didn't provide my billing address - street #, city, state, zip code. The problem is the update form provided no place to enter this information - only my credit card, phone number, and email address. Lousy customer service.

      Don't like having to accept special editions to renew subscription.
