    Company towed my vehicle, which was registered with the apartment complex, in the middle of the night, failed to communicate with complex regarding registration, and there were no towing signs anywhere that could be seen by the driver of the vehicles. This removal was done in violation of Texas code *******, as there were no signs available, the vehicle was registered with the property, which is clearly seen in the attachment, and it was parked in a legal parking space, not blocking a hydrant or anything else of the sort. Furthermore, this company has demonstrated on BBB that they do not seem to care about the owner of the vehicle, as I only see two business responses, both of which are insulting the person filing the complaint. The additional attachment is showing the bottom of my bumper, which was slightly damaged due to their unnecessary service. All of this could have easily been avoided had this company communicated with the property that they hold a contract with, rather than going in the middle of the night and removing vehicles illegally. Also, before they mention it, I am a professional driver, who works for a company that also has a towing company, and I have already conferred with my boss regarding similar laws in the state that my company is based out of. All I am requesting is a refund of this removal, rather than seeking extra money for the minimal damage that was incurred as a result.

    The vehicle was not following property policy. There are signs at every entrance that state permits are required and visitors must register. We followed our agreement with the property and our notifications were uploaded in the website that we use. Im sorry that you did not see the signs and there was some kind of miscommunication but all state regulations and contractual obligations were followed.

    Triton Towin 8/29/2024 Total spent $268.28 I originally called in the morning to get information about the vehicle that was towed from my apartment complex I was told I needed to give an hour notice and my amount due was $242 and some change I had a hard time hearing this lady in the ovine I even asked her to speak up, I asked for directions along with that and she tells me maps and ****** will give me wrong directions. Again she never explains how to get there. The issue is when I get there she tells me oh you had a way earlier appointment I said excuse me I never had an appointment you never mentioned I had to make an appointment to come in just that I needed to give at least an hour noticed so I gave you more than an hour to get things situated. Because I didnt come within that hiur I was charged more!Seems they just add more fees and they never disclose this information to the customer whenever we call. Again she never said if you THIS IA AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU DONT SHOW UP THE PRICE WILL CHANGE How are customers supposed to know this information if they are not letting us know?!?She was rude,unhelpful, lacked communication skills and empathy. we asked to speak to someone else and he as well was condescending, rude, even worse. ********** one bit and they both refused to provide company owner/corporate information. As a customer we have that right. This company should not be operating with people that do not know how to handle customers concerns. At that being rude. Requesting the difference of what the original asked me to pay about $25

    My car was towed from my mothers retirement community - ***************. When I went to retrieve my car at the Triton lot, the woman in the office could not have been more rude. They damaged the electrical system in my car so badly that I had to have it towed to the dealership. When I asked the woman for the name of the owner of Triton/Round Rock Towing, she responded, I dont have to tell you that. I reached out to the email address they gave me for the business and have heard nothing back from them.(Not to mention them charging me extra to use a credit card bc I didnt have $250 in cash with me.)

    This lady is Psycho and mentally unstable. The staff was in fear for their safety. Her damage claims are unfounded, the vehicle was towed not driven so the "electrical system" could not have been damaged. If she was towed from her mothers ********************** she was breaking the rules. Rules are put in place for a reason and apply to anyone that parks on that property.

    I am rejecting this response because: This towing company has a documented history of responding to their clients complaints by insulting them, instead of dealing with the issue at hand. Look up their reviews and youll see a definite pattern of insulting responses. While Im unsure of the exact damages to my vehicle, the electrical/computer system displayed several issues. I will, hopefully, hear back from ********************** advisor soon and will have exact knowledge of the damage and the expenses incurred.

    (I find it laughable that these people were scared of a 60 year old woman. What they didnt like was that I took photos & videos of everything, inside & outside of their facility. Time-stamped documented footage. This is what they consider mentally unstable, psycho behavior.)

    Laughable experience, especially with the "manager" *****, who insulted my intelligence, was rude, and then refused to give me the owner's contact information. Likewise, the employee who was present (****) refused to give me the owner's contact info and couldn't answer basic questions about the fees I was charged. Also found damage on the vehicle.

    El pasado 27 de diciembre 2022, me robaron mi auto.Hice el reporte con la polica del robo.numerodel caso es auto theft #***********,la compaa de gruas me mand una carta el da sbado 7 notificando que ellos tenan mi auto,dnde describen en dnde lo levantaron y el da ,que fue un 29 de diciembre..al tratar de ir a recuperar mi auto,ellos me dicen que tengo que pagar ms de *************************************** situacin..Desde el da del robo ,no he podido trabajar normalmente, he faltado y llegado tarde..Me siento deprimido y estresado desde el da del robo,no tengo como pagar el dinero a la compaa de tritn incidente.Yo sufro depresin y a esta situacin no he podido llevar una condicin de vida ...Estoy buscando su ayuda por favor ?? para que ellos me puedan cobrar lo justo ...pues yo fui una vctima de robo a mi propiedad Y adems en el auto **** mi medicina y no me dejaron sacarla de mi auto...y no tengo como comprar mi medicina.Por favor les pido su comprensin y espero en Dios que ustedes me puedan brindar un *******************************..****** gracias..Atte **********************************.

    Direct Violation- 1)Sec. ********. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SIGN PROHIBITING UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES Balconies Wood Apartments (Property Parking Lot) Main entrance ******************* Unauthorized Vehicle sign is located outside of standard boundaries of the property (between sidewalk and property privacy wall). The sign (directed at HWY 183, NOT INCOMING PARKING TRAFFIC). Placement of sign is counter productive to normal informational points of interest ( outside of property boundary). Focus (defined as a perpendicular (90 degree approach ) aimed directly at US-183, motor vehicle approach angle is 30 degrees or less. Making the sign difficult to notice and impossible to make out while entering property. I more. Procedural Issues- 1) Parking notice date and time of enforcement is 12/13/22 at ****. General public understands towing companies work 24 hours a day 7 days a week ( as written on most towing signs) therefore using universal 24 hour notation a person who reads this notice understands, **** to be twelve hundred and 1 hours ( **** PM) NOT **** Which is **** AM. Triton Recorded towing Audi S5 at ****am on 12/13/22 before the generally accepted deadline for compliance to notice. 2) Vehicle towed-2013 Audi S5 (AWD) automatic Tiptronic transmission- Audi ****** ***** production model vehicles must be flat towed ( all for wheels on the ground of off), Triton used a "repo" stinger unit for efficiency. Triton towed my Audi with 2 wheels elevated for an estimated 8.2 miles at highway speeds or more.

    This customer is an idiot and knows nothing about towing vehicles or *******. His vehicle was towed properly without any damage and his accusations here are Defamatory and him claiming we damaged the vehicle and wanting repairs is Fraud.
