    This website is a scam. After taking my credit card information, the coach who is listed did not respond to my text message for days until I reminded them. NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE OR CALLS YOU BACK unless you threaten them. Although they have more than 20 coaches listed, I learned they only one coach available who is >10 miles away. I would not use this website as I do not think they provide timely responses, they have coaches listed who no longer work with them and do a bait and switch hoping you will stay with them. It is deceptive and fraudulent to list >20 people who do not actually teach through them any longer. It was only until I threatened to report them to the BBB did they respond to me. And then I had 2 people responding to the same request. And furthermore trying to say all of their coaches are on vacation because it is snowing. We live in ***********!

    I bought 12 lessons through *** with a local coach named *****. He has been great so far and I'm likely going to book 12 more lessons when the package is completed. I found the sign up process to be super easy online. The coach called me the same day after I signed up and we got started on the weekend. ** from the *** chat recommended ***** and that was super helpful. Definitely recommend booking lessons on this website.

    I ordered 6 sessions with a coach 4 days ago and I was never contacted by the coach. I was charged for these sessions even though it said that I will only be charged once the coach contacted me and arranged our schedule, both which never happened. I tried calling the company numerous times but always voice activated telling me to email them instead. This is a big scam. I want my refund asap!
