We contracted with this company in January, and they placed the panels on our roof soon after. The last communication we had was from the installer with the promise that they would inform our provider and process the paperwork for the new meter. After exhausting all possible efforts to contact someone at this company, we were informed by the financing provider that the company had "closed." Now we are left with an inoperable $60K system and no solution or possible response to our concerns. The system was never connected, no request was made to the service provider, and we do not yet know if any of the necessary permits were requested. The company and all previously contacted parties are unreachable. All phone numbers have been disconnected.Initial Complaint

Three companies have been involved with the purchase, installation, and loan for the panels.Elite Solar Power, later called Elevated Energy Solutions-contract signed with Elite Solar Power on 08/28/2020. Currently, the number now rings to Nation or National Solar. Will Power Solar completed installation of panels. Supposedly now out of business as of March 2023. LoanPal, which is now Good Leap is the company that the solar company used for financing. In August 2020, we met with the salesman (*****************) who told us over and over that the number of panels we were purchasing would be enough to eliminate our monthly electric bill (2000kw/per month). He also told us there would be months in which we overproduced and would be able to sell our extra electricity back to CenterPoint. We were advised a sign would be put in our yard advertising the company and each referral that came from us, and panels were purchased we would receive $1000 check from the company. We repeatedly asked for the sign and each time he said he would bring it by the next day. We never got it and the salesman changed his number so we could not get in touch with him anymore.08/28/2020- contract with Elite Solar Power signed. Then they said there were issues and had us resign the contract in December. 12/2020-mid December panels were installed by Will Power Solar. Per CenterPoint energy they did not complete all requirements to turn panels on. Job was not completed until March 2021 and panels turned on March 26th, 2021. Below are the dates we were communicating with Will Power Solar and CenterPoint attempting to get panels turned on. Initially my husband contacted Elite Solar about the job needing to get completed and he was advised that it was Will Power Solar we needed to contact and Elite no longer had anything to do with the process. Contacted, ************** **** via email (*************************************************************) at Will Power Solar on 12/02/20, 12/03/20, 12/10/20, 01/08/21, 1/19/21, 1/26/21, 02/01/21, 02/11/21, 02/17/21, 03/03/21, 03/25/21, 03/26/21. Contacted Macy ****** at Will Power Solar (**************************************************************) 01/21/21, 01/20/21. Someone named *************** was ccd on these two emails. Never received any communication from ***************.Communicated with CenterPoint Energy on 02/25/21 via phone. I spoke with ************** and then *****. We were informed the inspection was rejected and an email was sent to Will Power Solar on 02/15/21 with provisions of what needed to be fixed. At this point we went back and forth between CenterPoint and Will Power Solar as each company was stating they did their part, and it was the other guy that has not followed through. Finally, in March two guys from Will Power Solar showed up at the house and put a warning sticker on the electrical boxes, took a picture, and left. As far as we know, this is what CenterPoint needed from Will Power Solar in order to turn on the panels.During the three-month period (December to March) trying to get panels turned on I also contacted LoanPal to complain as I was paying on the loan for the panels even though the job had not been completed. On 02/23/21 I called LoanPal and spoke with ******** who referred my complaint to the ************************** On 02/25 **** from LoanPal contacted me and we discussed the issue of the job not being completed. He said they would investigate. I have no documentation of a return phone call regarding the complaint. 06/16/21 email to ************** **** at Will Power Solar regarding poor performance of panels-no response.12/09/21 emailed ************** ****-email was returned as no longer existing. 01/15/2022 called customer service number on contract for ********************** at ************, went to voicemail and voicemail box was full. Called second number on contract ************, same voicemail as customer service line, but mailbox was not full. Left message on this line. 01/15/2022 googled Elite Solar and called the number I found online which was a man in ********** that has company of same name. This man explained that he has never done work in ***** before and does not do residential property. He did tell me that he received a call from another person in ***** the week prior looking for Elite Solar Power due to complaints they had. 01/19/2022 No response from message left on 01/15. Called both numbers again and one mailbox was full, and I left a message on the other line.01/19/2021 Called GoodLeap (formerly LoanPal) customer service at *************. Spoke to ***** about inability to get either Will Power Solar or Elite Solar Power to communicate with us regarding our concerns. My complaint was again referred to the investigations department and I would be contacted in 3-5 business days. 01/20/2022 Received a call from ******* at Good Leap ************ ex. ****. She was assigned to investigate my complaint. During this conversation is when I learned that Elite Solar Power changed names to Elevated Energy Solutions. I was also provided information that she read from the contract we did not have a copy of regarding how much energy the panels should produce a year, which was estimated ***** Kw per year. During this conversation ******* informed me that she had a contact person at Elevated Energy Solutions she would call. I was told by ******* that they would either call me back and she would relay their response to me, or they will contact me directly. 01/25/2022-I called ******* at Good Leap who informed me she has received no response from her contact, *******, at Elevated Energy Solutions. I requested a copy of the contract they have on file that she was reading from on previous phone call. 12/2022 Solar panels quit working all together. Contacted the installers and loan company, Good Leap, to inform them panels no longer work. ******************** never called us back. Good Leap opened a third investigation and contacted my husband in March of 2023 to inform us that ************************ closed its doors the week prior. A BBB search revealed new phone number for Elite Solar Power/Elevated Energy solutions ************. I called this number and it states this is ******* (same person from previous recording) but now states you have reached National or Nation energy. National Energy is out of ****** and claims on their website they are accredited by the BBB, which is false when you look them up on BBB.Initial Complaint

We purchased 26 solar panels from this company on 4/14/2021 and installed a month later. The company never turned them on for several months or got the correct permits. We finally got a permit to operate on 11/24/2021 from centerpoint. We had to pay for the solar panels and electric bills during this process. We have had nothing but electrical issues of them not working since installation. The person that came out from the company promised us we would not have to pay an electric bill any more and that the solar panels would cover all of our electric usage. We are still paying $300+ electric bills on top of our monthly payments for the panels. I have reached out to speak to their customer service department on multiple occasions for MONTHS and I originally was getting responses on how they would compensate us for our troubles and would see what was wrong with the panels and why they aren't working. Fast forward to this last month and I am now getting no response from anyone in the company. I have texted, called and emailed with no response. At this point I want the solar panels either taken off and a full refund for the loan we had to get or some sort of answer from them so we can solve these issues. We don't even know who to contact about having them removed if we ever need to replace our actual roof since no one answers.Initial Complaint

On May 27, 2022, A sales representative from Elite Solar Power named ****** (a middle-aged, middle eastern looking man) came to my house and promised a $2000.00 incentive that I would get two weeks after the solar panels were installed on my roof. The panels were installed 0n 24 June 22, and as of 17 August, I have not received my $2000 incentive and there is another $15,000.00 incentive that I was promised and written in the loan agreement that I was promised at the end of the year. Called *************************** (Elite Solar, ************), several times, full inbox, couldn't leave message. Called ************************** partner relations manager at Goodleap *************), the *************** for the solar panel loan, who tried to get a hold of people at Elite, but they cannot reach them either. I have initiated a stop payment on the loan (1st payment 28 August 2022) and not planning to make a payment until I get my $2000 incentive. I was also not told I have to break my existing contract with my electrical company $300.00.Initial Complaint

Signed a contract for solar panels with Elite Solar Power on 4/29/22. Installed on 5/8/22. Havent heard a word since. System has been running since install. Was told panels were made in ***. That is a lie. Made in *****. Contract says I get a $2,000 incentive check. Still no check. Told my wife last month was in the mail. Was told we didnt have to be here for install. 4 guys from Prime Solar showed up one morning and pressured my wife to leave them in the house while she went to work. Said they had to have access to the inside. Told me the panels would be on the back of the house. Panels are on 80% of my roof. Today I came from work and theres a tag from the ***************** saying my solar install does not conform with the city code. Nobody will answer our calls. Ive received nothing in a form of text or email since signing. We were given a number and name to call for all questions and they wont call us back. My first payment is due next week and plan on freezing the acct the payment will be automatically deducted from. They sat in my house and fed me nothing but lies.
