    I've worked with quite a few different lenders over the course of several investment deals. But, Visio Lending was, hands down, the best experience I've ever had with a lender.Mine was a DSCR loan, and I worked most directly with **** ********, who was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional in this area. He made the entire process unbelievably smooth and easy to navigate. The processor was ***** *********, who also handled that part of the process impressively ******* short, I was thoroughly pleased and impressed with the whole Visio Lending Team.The originally anticipated closing schedule was approximately thirty days. Other lenders had given me this same time frame in the past and then ended up taking ninety or even a hundred twenty days. So, when Visio gave me this approximate time frame, I was a little skeptical.But, we actually closed even faster than that! It ended up being twenty-one calendar days (fifteen business days) from the day I signed the application to the day I signed the closing documents, which was incredible!Additionally, none of this came at the expense of any other aspect of the deal. For example, the interest rate was one of the most competitive I'd seen for a DSCR loan, and the lender fees and terms were extremely reasonable!I have nothing but good things to say about this lender, and I hope to do business with Visio Lending again in the future.
