      Honestly, this is the best company *** had when it comes to processing maintenance requests or needing to reach them for anything else. They dont mind fixing up or updating your home when its needed. Ive had 0 problems, staff and maintenance are always top notch and very professional. Even their contractors are the same and do excellent work since they use accredited vendors. They've worked with me on a lot of issues and resolved 110% of them, literally. Thank you for renting to us and im not leaving until yall put me out lol.

      I moved into one of their properties on July 24, 2025, and was immediately met with unacceptable conditions. The home was dirty upon arrival, with visible trash left inside, urine in the tub, insects, simply not inspected. Despite activating utilities in advance as required, it was clear the unit had not been inspected or prepared before move-in.The air conditioning system has been unable to maintain a livable temperature. Even after three separate technician visits, the system struggles to keep the home below 80F during normal daytime hours in *****. Ive already had to leave the home overnight due to the uncomfortable conditions, and the issue remains unresolved.This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Communication has been slow, very hard to reach someone outside their call center and the lack of accountability has left me with serious concerns about the companys standards and responsiveness.

      Absolutely horrific experience and will be taking legal action. Our AC went out for fifteen days with our house climbing into the 90s before they even offered to send a portable unit. Our pipes burst and have been unable to use the sink or dishwasher for months. They finally send somebody out to fix it Nine months after continuous complaints and requests. Well be taking legal action as soon as possible

      If I could give this place less than one star I would. I just moved cross country with my two kids under 6 and to my surprise the house was not move in ready. There are roaches and ants all over the home. Stains everywhere on the carpet and walls. The toilet seats have urine on them and the showers are filthy as if someone went in there with dirty feet. Theres a gab in the door which is going to be a problem with the Florida rain and bugs. The home smells like mildew. I have severe allergies and my oldest son has asthma which makes this a HUGE problem for us. This home has severe dust build up on the vents and in the ** unit. This home is inhabitable and DEFINITELY NOT MOVE IN READY. Ive tried contacting someone and no surprise that they dont have any solutions but to submit a ticket. The app to submit a ticket does not work and makes it difficult to upload support for my maintenance request. The pictures online do not match what we see in person. This is false advertising and I am extremely unhappy that now my family and I do not feel safe in this home as it compromises our health.

      They have been phenomenal since me and my family have moved in we haven't has to wait no longer than 3 days to get stuff fixed absolutely love it
