"This business charged me $600 out of my deposit for *documented* preexisting wall damage to a unit that was not painted prior to me moving in and damage caused by maintenance staff to one of the thresholds in the unit. After over a month of non-responsiveness to my contest to the charges with several follow-ups, I submitted a complaint with the BBB, and it took the business nearly a month to respond." ...
