    I have ordered 3 of these tags and two have quit working in less than two months. Contacted customer service who advised resetting device. Attempted to ************** is not ever detectable. Reached back to CS & told the same thing again. Still unable to reset device. Third time reaching out they told me I locked the **************** they can do until unlocked. ****** they told me I locked the device even though I explained I did not. Then they abruptly told told me they were closing the ticket & this was my fault. Now the 2nd tag has quit working. If I cant attach to my iPhone Find my app, there is no way to unlock. Seems these are issues they should be able to remotely solve or not have opened the business. **************** -00 & company now appears more a scam to get your $50.00s x the thousands ordered.

    I ordered one for my new puppy. Put it in a slide on her collar. Scan Code fell off within 2 weeks of receiving it. Call tech services and said nothing they could do, it appear bitten. No offer to replace. Emailed 3 times with no response. 4th time got a snarky response- which I replied to then they told me theyd send the scan ************* would close this ticket. Got it and it did not work. Dont spend your money! Was excited to get this product and it did not live up to the description. If I could leave zero stars I would
