    On Wednesday, November 15th I visited LUV nails in ******, ** for a full acrylic set with cuticle care and a gel pedicure. I spent a few hours at the salon and received the service. I paid $130.39 with tip for both services. By Friday, 3 of my acrylic nails had popped off. I called and asked the salon if they could fix those that had popped off the following day. They said yes, I went in on Saturday. They fixed those that popped off but I did not have time to get an entire new set and was hoping the rest would stay on and I would be good to go. By Saturday night, 6 more nails had popped off. They said again, I could come in and I tried to get in both Sunday and Monday evening but it is a holiday week, I have a job and I am heading out of town. I asked if they could just refund me so I could visit another salon after the holiday, as I was very unhappy with the service. They refused and said it could have been my nail beds and that the only option was to come in again. I told them I don't have time to go to the nail salon 3x for a service (gas, time, etc). I asked if I could have my next set free as well as compensation and they said they had work to do and would call me back then hung up. I have always had pleasant experiences here but as I am going to have to soak them off myself, or pay someone else to do it after the holiday I am now out over $65 (the cost of my acrylic set). I am going to have to pay someone else to give me a new set, likely another $65. I really would just like a refund to the card I paid with so I can go somewhere that I trust the service. I did not see any notification that said "No ********** Services."
