I live at an apartment complex in *********** ***** that has the internet managed by the korcett company. The internet has been out for over a week and their seemesed to be no way to reach Korcett. I have called their office multiple times and have attempted to call their service line. Every time I call the service line the call just hangs up on me and every time I call the office I recive a messege stating that the service for the phone is no longer in order. I pay 99 dollars a month for fees to my apartment that include internet for this service. This is a college apartment and it is finals season this is absolutly rediculace.Initial Complaint

My apartment complex has been without internet for 4 days because Korcette tier 1 customer service cant get ahold of their tier 2 service to dispatch a tech or give me any customer advice to fix it. We are all college students and have missed a combined 24 tests, 74 homework assignments, and multiple fantasy football drafts due to their total incompetence on how to run a company.The only answer I have been given is that theres no outage and sorry we cant dispatch one of our 4 available techs right now because our level 2 service team hasnt responded to us in 2 weeks.Just send someone out here to fix the issue!!!Initial Complaint

I have been living at The Pointe, an apartment complex, since August 2020 and my roommates and I paid $100 each at the beginning of our leases to have access to the internet provided through Korcett. Ever since then there have been periods where we could not access the internet connection due to the same issue: "The 'WiFi' doesn't have a valid IP configuration." We have followed all the directions given, so it is not a problem on our end, and calling Korcett's support center has never resulted in a permanent fix. The last three times one of my roommates has called support they checked all the basic issues, said they would escalate the situation, and never called her back. This issue caused her to be unable to complete some of her finals for college as her classes are online and she could not access what she needed to. We are now currently experiencing several days in a row of this problem. I only want to be able to use the service I paid for.
