I ordered a sample of this companies product. I read carefully that it was only a sample and I was not committed to order anymore unless I notified the company. On 1/13/24 they proceeded to debit $53.90 from my account. I never authorized this. I don't know what can be done but these companies need to stop scamming people.Business Response

The Healthy Back Institute customers have the ability to log into their MyAccount to modify, delay or cancel recurring shipments 24/7 free of any charges.
All of our emails include our contact information. Our package inserts includes our contact information.
Our contact us page includes how to contact us via email or phone for both US and International Customers.
Our merchant name and phone number is included on the cardholderscredit card statement for each transaction that is processed.

Cancelation request via 3rd party are processed as received by 3rd party.
********************* subscription is canceled as of 2023- 12-11 and she was emailed our confirmation cancelation email on this day.

I have been trying to cancel these pills since Dec 2022! I could not find information or phone number . Finally received an email stating my card had declined and to call for updated info. I called and told the rep I was happy to hear from them because I had been trying to for several months.. Because of the identity theft, I had to get a new card. I told her I wanted to cancel and let her know after the 1st bottle, I had bad stomach issues that I figured out were from the pills. I thought I had signed up for a trial of 3 months and they just kept coming. She said she would cancel and I could return the last order but I would need to pay for shipping and I could not send any more back even though ALL except the first batch were unopened.. I would like my money back for the unopened ones. I am excluding the 3 first bottles one was opened in the batch..Business Response

I ordered a bottle of ************* on line from Healthy Back Institute. A free bottle if I paid S/H. They immediately billed my account for the S/H charges. The next 3 days I received emails that my bottle would not ship because I needed to complete my order. When I went in to do that they were demanding my account info again, even though they had already billed me for the S/H. I called their ***************** Their rep stated that my shipment had been sent. I asked why they were attempting to get me to pay shipping again. I made it abundantly clear I was unhappy. I requested a supervisor or manager. ******* hung up on me. I called back and again requested a supervisor. I was told a supervisor would call me back. It has been 4 working hours. They have NOT called back. This company is willingly and cognizantly complicit in defrauding consumers.Business Response

On or about AUGUST 14, 2023, I had the opportunity to watch a Video about Back Pain, However, half-way through the Video, I tuned out. Furthermore, I never ordered any products, which was listed as: $49.99 (30 day supply), $59.99 &$69.99. Likewise, I emailed my Physician about the Claims made in the presentation & the Natural Ingredients used to formulate this pill. He said it had not undergone any Independent Studies. It's only approval was from the **** Surprisingly, I was billed $55.90 of 08/14/2023. If I hadn't double checked my Bank Statement, I would have missed that charge. I have NO IDEA HOW THEY OBTAINED MY BANK INFORMATION. THIS IS FRAUD, PURE & SIMPLE. FINALLY, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE 800# *************. The Receptionist told me that the charges would be dismissed. I took advantage of the free offer of a free bottle of the anti-inflammatory product. They said I just had to pay for shipping which was ***** and $27 came out of my account immediately so I cancelled it immediately because it interferes with my medication that was on August 11, today is August 18. I havent heard anything from them except them trying to sell me more products over and over and over and over again and they havent returned the shipping cost even though I cancelled it five minutes after I ordered it. This is one of those companies that you just get a funny feeling about They bully you into buying their products and harass you with emails worse than a collection agency from the 90s. If you live in ****** you would know what I meant by that if you live in the states just think of the *** I dont trust this company even a little bit , I think theyre skirting the law by scamming people because I feel scammed I paid almost $30 for shipping didnt get the product didnt want the product five minutes later after I ordered it so be aware and very cautious of the bait and switchBusiness Response

My wife has bad arthritis bad so their product is new and I want so bad to help my wife. I ordered a free bottle of heal and soothe Sunday 6th Aug.2023 and I ordered a second for ***** US. The delivery price was 19 95 US. I tried to get on my account to verify this and I could not. I got so frustrated I sent an email canceling the money . After a while Monday morning I got an email telling me they refunded ***** but not the *****. I complained by phone but was told procedures in place do not cover this refund. I also phoned today asking them to verify my account was closed and it was not. It was 9th Aug. Today and they sent an email saying it was closed but I cannot verify that as they had a delivery locked in monthly that concerns me. Can you help. 1. Get my money refunded.2.
