      They deserve a zero star rating. Horrible business practices. I ordered a bedroom set from them that came with manufacturer defects, missing parts and a bad paint job. The bed was broken within a week. The bed rails were coming apart and when I reached out to them with pictures, they said they would send me a sharpie magic marker to fix the issue. A magic marker to fix a $3400 bedroom set. I asked that they come back for the product and the manager said I have to pay the restocking and shipping cost because I have buyers remorse. The set is sub standard and the bed is broken and thus incomplete. If I had purchased the pieces separately I could understand charging me the return fee but I bought a set and at this time, it is incomplete because of a broken bed. This company is a scam and uses their return policy to force customers to accept defective product.

      We don't understand why the customer left this review. We spoke with her three days ago and confirmed the vendor had found a replacement bed they can provide-this is a discontinued bed- All other pieces arrived without issues. However, the customer asked if we could simply refund her for the bed. We confirmed with the vendor, and this was approved. The customer was made aware that we will pickup the bed and provide her with a refund.

      We cannot refund the customer for case goods she was delivered and are in good condition. We have a very clear return policy, if the customer wants to return the ******************** she ordered.

      The chest of drawer had issues too. This I shared with the business and more specifically the manager. As I mentioned, she said she would send me a magic marker to deal with the areas that had a bad paint job and look as though it's about to come apart.

      I ordered my furniture on June 6, 2024. I understood 2 to 4 weeks. Got notification it at shipped to moving company June 15, 2024. Received a call from movers about 2 weeks later and they weren't going to deliver it until July 22. You have got to be kidding me. Called the company and the first person I talked to said she would try to get it moved up but couldn't guarantee anything. Asked to speak to the manager and she basically told me " that's the chance you take when you order on line". Very professional! She called me on 4th of July and said it should be here the next week. That mover had mechanical issues so couldn't deliver it. So the next week get a call from another mover and finally got my furniture July 16. **************** is horrible!

      Our standard delivery ETA is 2-4 weeks nationwide. However, you live in an infrequent delivery area. Our delivery partner only services your area once a month, and you were notified of this. When you called to inform us that the July 22nd delivery date was not acceptable, we told you we would work on finding a third-party local delivery company that might assist with this delivery to expedite it.


      We called you back two days later to let you know we had found a third-party service that confirmed they could pick up from our delivery partner's warehouse to deliver to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the day before their scheduled pickup date, their trailer caught on fire. Since it happened at night, they couldn't contact us or you immediately. However, they called you the next day to inform you of the delay due to the fire. As soon as we found out, we acted quickly and hired another local company to accommodate your delivery. We continuously communicated with you via phone and email to keep you updated. This other third-party delivery company was able to deliver your furniture successfully.


      We strive to provide the best customer service possible to all our customers. Despite your area's remote, infrequent delivery status, we went above and beyond to take care of you, even if it required hiring a third-party delivery company.
      We're sorry to hear that our efforts did not satisfy you as our customer. Rest assured, we appreciate the opportunity you gave us to assist you with this purchase.

      Could not be happier with Local Furniture Outlet! Excellent service before, during, and after the sale. Best prices by far. They also handled my credit card transaction using 2-step authentication ensuring extra security, which I greatly appreciated. Given some of the negative reviews posted on BBB, I was very hesitant to do business with them. However, I called them directly (like several other BBB customers have done) and the person I spoke with put my fears to rest -enough that I decided to give them a chance. Glad I did! Super-pleased. Everything went incredibly smooth. I also received my daughter's vanity in seven days, versus competitor quotes of 4-to-6 weeks. No damages or product issues. Highly recommend!!

      It was a pleasure to deal with Local Furniture Outlet. I was a little hesitant in the beginning because of some negative reviews and unbelievable prices. However, ***** had assured me that they did have shipping issues a couple years ago, but had made some logistical changes and the problems had been solved. He was very upfront and honest with shipping times. I received my items within a months time as he promised. The white glove service was excellent, no damages and installed perfectly. I will definitely be ordering again from LFO. They aim to please and certainly did on my order.

      I wish that everyone I dealt with was as clear and helpful as these guys. They listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me various options. All of my questions were answered and they gave me numerous options. The sale person is honest, smart and fun to work with. He rocks!
