  Banners On the Cheap is the worst company that I ever had the misfortune of doing business with. These people cheated me out of a couple of clamps to hang a banner. Who does that? If anyone does business with them, hopefully you wont be cheated as I was

  You get what you pay for. The answer is odefn the name. Long production time. Finally received 3 weeks after payment. Banner was defective. Another 2 weeks for the replacement pole. ****** needed for large events that I did not have it for. Definitely hurt bottom l8ne as it is an educational banner. Slow email response. No compensation.

  Worst customer service ever, and they let you hang out dry, even if they have failed themselves in delivery of their promises. I ordered material from them for almost 2 years now, for thousands of dollars worth. The quality has declined tremendously, so I started to received faulty material. I run large scale events for hundreds of people with high sense of quality. The most recent fail was their last one with me. Customer Service promised me for over a week that they will replace the wrong product within a week, so I'd had it by the night of my next event. I called every day to make sure, that they are on top of the process. Turns out today, they give me a delivery date of in 7 days (event is tomorrow). I would have ordered a new product a week ago to have it on time. So they screwed up a major event for me, no step & repeat session, and even the manager couldn't care less. All she had to say "I am sorry ***, I understand your frustration, but we realized yesterday that we won't be able to deliver this Friday and we don't do overnight". Well, they just lost a customer and thousands of dollars of future business. Good luck with that.

  Absolutely awful company! Believe the bad reviews you see online. Their business practices are terrible. They intentionally do not respond to email inquiries because they like to force your project into 'production' so they literally respond at a point when there is nothing they can do to help you. It's all intentional and a scam so they can charge you more as a 'waste fee'. And don't even get me started on their inflated shipping fees!

  Banners on the Cheap took my money and then after 3 weeks said this "I reviewed your order and regrettably we had to cancel the order.This is because we no longer have the banner in stock. Therefore we will be issuing a refund."They sell BANNERS! HOW are they out of stock!??Don't waste your time with this company!!

  Terrible company that has no intention of supplying a warranty for their product. Their 90-day return policy is a joke. They will offer to sell you another cheaply made banner at a discounted price - DO NOT FALL for it! The first banner did not work - why would I buy another one?Their pop-up banners do not work for their intended purpose and they simply do not care once they have your money.

  Ordered replacement ground stakes for our feather flags that we got back in 2019- the ones we got previously were stolen from lawn. These stakes came quickly in the mail. However when I tried to slide the flag pole on the stake, it did not fit, the new stake was too big. Here is where the problem began, I called Flags on the Cheap, held on the line for 10 min or so (no big deal) and then when the operator (*******************) came on, she told me that unfortunately that was the only size stakes that they have and she could refund me fo half of the order and I could keep the unusable ground stakes. She told me that it is company policy to not offer full refunds on items (all items? IDK) because they don't have any way to receive the product back. I tried not to be rude, but probably was, in telling her that makes absolutely zero sense and also not how business is done. Thanks to Amazon and ******** we can pretty much return anything. After asking about talking to another person, she "consulted with someone" and was able to offer a full refund and told me to just throw the stakes away. While I was on the phone with her, I read the Terms of Sale, Section 8: Return and Refund Policy.Be careful!

  This company is awful. **************** is a joke. I called and they said my order didn't go through and had me resubmit. Now I have two charges! And the bad charge has not been refunded yet. I will NEVER use this company again.

  Cannot Read a Bleed Line. We sent a PDF with bleed lines and they printed above the bleed lines. When we tried to reach them we were told 3 to 4 days to respond. I had to send two emails marked high priority to even get a response. Then I was told we would have to pay for the new one even though it was their mistake. Buyer beware of this company. They do not stand behind their work.
