    Pleasureboatstudio.com, a literary press, was far back on ****** pages. One month of express ranking, if I put in a book title from the site, it showed up high on the first page. Much appreciated!

    This company draws you in with low fees, and then just gives lip service and broken commitments. Well, I should have seen the red flags, money goes to ****************** ********** ********, they claim an office in ****** ***** but in reality, they are located somewhere in *****. When you call the ***** number it sends the calls to *****. On March 19th I hired them to do SEO for my website for a $350.00 monthly fee, add key words, establish a ******** account with blogs and establish ****** Analytics for my website. After repeated emails to the assigned Project Manager, with no deliverables of any kind, I called the ***** office to complain about the lack of service and broken commitments. On April 11th I got an email from the project manager with a very useless monthly report that looked like something a kindergartener put together with no relevance for the website. Total lets throw it out there and see if it sticks. There was also a word document attached to the email asking for my approval, the document had 3 of the 30 keywords I asked them to imbed into my website, and on top of that they were planning on rewriting my web pages that I just had done for me by another company. On top of that they were opening ****** accounts for things that I already had a ****** account. They simply go rouge with no supervision. I sent them all my accounts info. On April 12th I had enough abuse, so I sent them an email telling them I no longer wanted their services. Someone in their organization infected my website with Malware and they seized my ********** account for the website. Now I have to pay for another site. Buyer beware.The sweetness of low prices is soon forgotten when the bitterness of poor service sets in. Xpress Ranking kept calling me to remove my honest reviews, when I refused, they retaliated with two malicious reviews on my ****** business listing. Very unethical company.

    Poor experience. I hired them to work on SEO for my website. Each time they worked on my website they messed up the functionality so it did not display correctly. I finally cancelled them after 3 months and they still charged my credit card. They did nothing to improve my SEO in that time. The manager agreed that they had made some errors and would refund the amount. Still waiting for the refund.

    BE CAREFUL. Xpress Ranking reached out to me and claimed that they could (1) optimize my website to greatly enhance the site for individuals who used the ****** search engine and (2) the changes would work in my current website program. The latter condition was FALSE. it was not possible to make modifications to my website program using their updated information. Thus, their changes were useless to me. In my opinion, they committed INTERSTATE FRAUD. Secondly, I am an 86 year old individual. Thus, it was also ELDER ABUSE. I was scammed.

    BUYER BEWARE of a little company called Xpress Ranking out in ******, **** so they claim became a a nightmare experience. Xpress Ranking reached out to me claiming they could optimize my website with SEO and social media content. Long story short, I got scammed and left with a gaping hole in my wallet.Let me break it down:1.Lack of Transparency: So, there's no contract to be found, just verbal promises from their sales rep. and account manager.2.Misleading Representation: Surprise, they're operating from *****. Names, numbers, and addresses are all American, but all the employees are from Mumbi. 3.Poor Communication and Unfulfilled Promises: My account manager constantly deferred my questions, always passing the ball to his "team." I guess the "team" was on a permanent coffee break. The content they sent me was AI-generated gibberish. Grammar mistakes galore, authenticity was no where to be found.4.Lack of Service Quality and Accountability: Had to call in an SEO superhero to fix the mess they made. The backlinks they created were like a house of cardsshaky and ready to crumble. Exact-match anchor texts and outdated tactics? Come on, Xpress Ranking, it's not **** anymore.5.Delayed Results and Negative Impact on my website: Those backlinks Xpress Ranking created were a curse on my website. Investigations revealed their handiwork was like a wrecking ball for my online presence.6.Misleading Information and Pressure to Continue: No package details on the website? Smells fishy, right?7.Lack of Credible Employee Profiles: 25 years in business with ****** employees? Where are these people hiding? No LinkedIn profiles, just smoke and mirrors.In a nutshell, Xpress Ranking took my money, gave me headaches, and left my website worse off than before. I've lawyered up, and we're diving into the ***** Deceptive Trade Practices.Save yourselves, folks. Xpress Ranking is a SEO ranking and digital marketing disaster waiting to happen.

    I am giving my Xpress Ranking Manager five shining stars. He is very professional, personable, and proficient. I believe he and his team are completing the contracted services. Although I can see that my keywords are ranking higher, it is difficult to rate the quality of service at this time given it has been only a few months and I do not have a comparable experience to measure it to.
