      Hello,I am formally disputing the validity of account #********.       I received a notification from ******** regarding a $511 loan from Self Financial/Lead Bank for credit improvement. I did not apply for this loan and did not approve any information regarding its application. I submitted a dispute of the loan with ******** immediately and they have determined the loan to be verified and updated suggesting this information is accurate. I have since submitted an additional dispute to identify this loan as fraudulent with ******** and submitted a complaint with ********************************** per their direction. Self Financial/Lead Bank have automated responses when you call their telephone number that specifically mention disputing issues of incorrect information with your financial institution.

      I can assure with 100% certainty that I, ******* *******, did not open a credit building account and have no reason to open a credit building account. I am satisfied that the account has been closed due to the non-action so quickly, but I am not satisfied with the fact that you are stating no one would be able to open this account except for me and that my personal information was used to open the account. I believe it is within my rights to know the information that was provided that confirmed my identity. Once I receive that specific personal information, I will be satisfied with this process. Thank you for completing an investigation for this information, but I feel I am entitled to more information of how this account was approved.

      Ive been a customer to ********************** credit building for more then 3 years. I had a dying special needs family member in the hospital for over month. I couldnt get to my emails, payments anything really for over a month. Self blocked all my attempts of payment with debit card(04/24/25) that Ive used many times in the past to make a payment. I tried using all other forms of debit card and this was declined as well. Ive made many payments with the same form of debit card successfully in the past without a major issue.I was only allowed to make a payment through direct deposit of my banking institution.I did this and Self credit builder did NOT followed through. No attempts made for the payment The amount of $79.00 was never attempted to be withdrawn from my account. So I let the money sit there waiting for the withdrawal since Self claims it takes more than 5 business days to process the payment. I am currently on the phone with Self supervisor and Im being told I didnt agree to terms so my account was *********/06/25)DAY AFTER I ACCEPTED THE ****** It wasnt due to A late payment. They are still refusing payment over the phone. Claiming they will keep my $375.00 To cover $391.00. I literally only *** this company $16.01 according to the supervisor. But still want to keep my $375.00 because I didnt agree to new terms of agreement $375.00 is my actual money it isnt Self credit builders money at all. This is money I built up over 3 years of payments.This isnt a loan. Its the customers own money that is placed INTO A ********************** account to use as a credit when a customer wants to build credit. This is a scam. Because I agreed to the new policy of terms when I received an email on 05/05/25. I was told by a supervisor that the last date to agree to terms was 05/03/25. And that I didnt get no email on 05/05/25. Calling me a liar.I have screenshots to prove my claims

      So I had a credit builder account with this company and subsequently and secured credit card to try and build my credit back after Covid. I paid all my loan off and tried to pay my card off. Ive literally tried using the same card I started paying them with which is also the same card they paid my credit builder loan out too. Tried paying what little balance I had on this card and it will not accept this same card Ive been paying them with. I tried to disconnect the card and re add it. **************** is a literal joke. When then chat is actually working it takes an act of ******** to get past the ai. This has been going on for nearly 3 months. My card payment is 88days past due which is building interest and killing my credit score. I need them to take the interest off of my bill, remove all the late payment stuff off my credit report and let me pay my bill. Again Ive literally been trying to pay this bill for 3 MONTHS to a credit building company that is killing my credit. Theres 4 late charges that need removed and the interest for this same 4 months.

      I find it unacceptable not being able to reach their only customer service number. They have my $3,000 security deposit. A company this big should be fined every day, that their customer service number isnt available or working. They need to get on the ball as complaints keep rising and word travels fast.

      This company was trying to charge my cash app account but I keep it locked so I havent been charged but the problem is they wont let me close my account and if you dont make their monthly payment it hurts your credit. Ive called multiple times but its a recorded person and doesnt let you transfer to a department that handles accounts they just keep trying to sell you stuff you dont need and if you dont buy anything they hang up on you. Youre supposed to be able to chat thru your app but Im not being logged in so I can do that it just keeps looping you back around to log in after you verify your password and two factor authentication.

      This company did not accurately report or investigate my use of secured credit and charged off an active account prohibiting my use and then claimed I was late on payment towards the account. I was a long time repeat user over many years. My account was suspended over false claims of fraud and then they sent inaccurate data to credit companies.

      SELFBILLS blocked my phone number and has not removed the unverified hard inquires from my credit report . I never authorized Self to put any hard inquiry into my credit report after paying for any utilities or phone bill with my own money . I do not have a SelfBilling account to log into .       Called company several times for over a month and a half to receive refund first it was an account issue and stated my financial institution needs to be contacted once I contacted financial institution they suggested self *** to reissue refund so I called again and spoke with a representative that informed me it will be refunded to a New account within *********** days. I updated payment information with to avoid any further issues still I have yet to receive refund and this has been very frustrating and disappointing please resolve this before take legal action.

      I am rejecting this response because: they are saying I received payment but showing no proof of payment being rejected or received by the account. I successfully paid the $100 on date showing in attachment I also have records to prove information. They claimed that account was closed but was opened in the mist of investigation to be resolved. I closed the account AFTER I received notice that my financial institution didnt accept the payment and was told by representative of self *** (thats listed in the previous attached message) that she would resolve issue, when I initially requested to speak with supervisor, being that I called several times I also stated to representative to RE-ISSUE refund due to financial institution declining the refund, s***e my financial institution at the time Wisely card service didnt accept payment. The representative I spoke with told me due to ***onvenience of funds NOT ever being received, I will be receiving payment in NEW account updated on ********************** *** website within 3-5business days. So not only am I being lied to about my funds being received or rejected they have representatives and supervisors that give false , untrained and unprofessional information about their duty to service the customer to satisfaction, whether they continue to do business with Self *** or decide its not the best decision to Make financially. As a **************** representative ************************ I know protocols and procedures of providing the correct information to customers rather than feeding them false information with that being said Please correct this ASAP or legal action will be taken against the Company I have a lawyer currently working with me on making sure the Justice needs to be served. Also please provide evidence or proof of every call and conversation to uphold your Claims. Thank you for your time. Looking forward to hearing back as soon as possible.

      On February 20, 2025 i paid the deposit of $200 and was told the card will be delivered within 10 to ********************************************************************************* contact With somebody via chat or on the phone, but I was unable to reach anyone finally three weeks ago I was able to get someone on chat and they sent me a new card well it is almost the end of April and I do not have a new card. I am not able to get anyone online as this says **** is unavailable as well as no one is answering the phone. I would hate to think that such a big company in ***** needs my little $200 and its willing to steal from me. With me being in ***** and the business also being located in ***** it should not have taken two months for a car to be sentto me. I have already sent emails to my local news stations.
