    I was treated with disrespect and cursed out because I asked an employee to let me exit , he looked at me smirked and walked away. When I asked the manager if thats how they treat all their customers, he told me to get the f*** out of his lot . Im not sure who the owner is if this fine establishment but its disgusting to treat ppl as such. Ill never give them 5 stars for treating ppl disrespectfully . No excuses on their end. I didnt do anything but try to leave after asking for prices. (Higher than the competition) honestly luckily for them I have work to do and didnt want to sit there and see whos d*** is bigger , childish and very unprofessional

    This individual pulled into our equipment loading and unloading area to inquire about a trailer rental. This area has one way in and one way out. When we explained the options that were available to him he decided to go else where for his needs.As one of our technicians was loading equipment for another customer this individual proceeded to honk his horn and began demanding for us to move equipment so that he could exit. When this didn't happen fast enough to meet his needs he began to swear at our employee loudly enough that it could be heard inside the store. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TOLERATE ABUSE OF EMPLOYEES BY CUSTOMERS!Our manager told the individual that he was no longer welcome at our business AND HE NEEDED TO LEAVE.

    I never honked the horn. Dont lie. and I never cussed at anyone until I was treated with disrespect. You guys arent respectful to anyone and you have a very crappy reputation. This whole ordeal is about yall workers being disrespectful and it wasnt all of them. It was one worker with long black hair and one manager with glasses. And I waited outside the office for someone to walk in or out . Dont make up more lies about being loud If your company is failing in ethics, approach and correct it , dont look to make excuses.
