    The Zebra car insurance quote website is not transparent about their process. Once you take the time to fill out all the information they require and chose 1 of three coverage packages, Quotes do appear. You can't just pick one and purchase the policy. You must speak with their agent, who needs more information, must run a credit check, requires proof that you own your house... Most people, including me do not have all the info they require at their fingertips, so they offer to call you back or ask you to call back when you have it. It is not easy! They need to be more transparent so people can make a more informed decision on if they want to invest their time on what Zebra really does! Also, once you get your "quotes" (2-3) there is also an Allstate link that says "Instant Quote", makes it sound as if Allstate is going to use the info you already provided, but no. You start over again giving Allstate the same info you just provided Zebra. Zebra gets an F for transparency! Sorry I invested so much of my time, but how was I to know?
