Well only things to say about ******* *******, ******* ******* and ***** ********. These gentlemen that I have been working with. They are all professional but also fun. Bought some silver, Gold, roll overs. I highly recommend all 3 of them to work with you. You won't regret it. Tell them ***** S sent you. So happy with all the transitions I've done. I was told repeatedly on 2 different days that they would ship overnight with UPS and they shipped on a 3 day service which presents an impossible problem as they require my signature. This is very poor business practice to lie about shipping as I will not be here on the day of delivery and for 2 more weeks. I ordered the product on Monday 3/10/25 and they shipped it on Wed 3/12/25 arriving Mon 3/17/25 after promising three times that it would be overnite shipping. I am going to my UPS store now to attempt to place a hold until I can rearrange my travel plans to pick it up hereU.S. Money Reserve Inc.

USMR sincerely apologizes to this customer. ********************** took disciplinary action against the agent who promised overnight shipping. The agent failed to put that fact in the notes, so USMRs shipping department had no way of knowing the coins needed to be overnighted. USMR also sent this customer an apology letter. This is not the usual USMR customer experience and we are so sorry that this clients expectations were not met.Review fromChristopher G

Thank you for your feedback. We may need to call customers to confirm their shipping address, which was stated in the email we sent you on January 19th following your request for an information kit. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with our experience with U.S. Money Reserve Inc. Since we really didnt understand the process, the representative explained it in full detail. He was professional and took the time to ensure we understood. In the beginning we talked often and were helped throughout the process. The purchase has been completed as per what we expected. I purchased gold coins in Jan 2020 and have called this firm multiple times since at least July 2024, most recently yesterday, asking to speak with someone as to the current value. Whenever a person answered, I am told someone will call me back, which has never happened. When I call the direct line to ****************************** I am assured that I will receive a phone call back promptly, which has never happened. They seem to be very good with sales pitches, but otherwise have been sadly unresponsive, even to someone who spent $57,400 to them. Be careful!!U.S. Money Reserve Inc.
