    I proceeded in purchasing a small e-commerce fashion brand from Flippa. (website: **************************)With a Broker named ****. LINK to his businesss website.The Seller/Previous owner: ***** had a balance on ******* that was getting deposited into my bank account due to the ownership change. This happened on 01/23/25 He was very urgent about receiving the funds all at one time. However there were returns and chargebacks that was coming in, I was ************ I was working in the company, I started seeing and realizing he was scamming and swindling the customers and trying to, to me as well.After a short while of trying to talk it out with *****, I decided to reach out to Flippa support to see if they can help with this issue. (our conversation is attached below) Instead of talking to me to see what my concerns might be, it looked like ***** *****, Broker Manager, intercepted my email and reached out to **** and ***** first, instead of talking to me. She responded back to my very first email by requesting that I talk it out with **** and ***** since the transaction happened with them. (***** ***** explained later on a zoom call that because Flippa is more of a 3rd party platform that connects the buyer and seller and isnt involved with the actual transaction of the sale, I would have to work with the broke and seller directly to resolve this issue I am having). It seemed as if Flippa support was responding back to me in a very defensive way and so was ****, the broker of this sale. It was more about how I still owed ***** over $70,000. I have also attached a voice message I received from **** responded to my initial email to Flippa. I could feel both Flippa and **** bullying me to pay ***** his money.Flippa had also conducted their own due diligence of this business and said they did not see anything fraudulent and that it seems like all orders received are actual orders.

    Flippa deleted my account for no reason because I left a negative comment on a seller's page because they refused to complete a transaction. I bidded and won and now the seller is refusing to complete the transaction. I will be reporting Flippa constantly until the seller ******* **** or the flippa website is shut down. I will never let this go for the rest of my life. Someone, please investigate this awful website and its practices. I will be reporting it to every government agency I can find. Also, *** needs to get fired.

    We listed a website for sale through this website auction company. We paid the fee for this. The website did not sell. The dashboard clearly said "relist for free". When I tried to do this they tried to charge another $60. I complained about this and got no initial response. So I removed the website from their system and set up to try and sell with another company. After I told them this I got a response to say they could either relist the website or we would have to wait for 3 months to list with another company as they were imposing a 90 day post auction exclusivity. If we did sell with another company they would charge their 10% commission on the sale even though they had done nothing. I have asked several times to be released from this pointless exclusivity and they will not respond. I have even written to their CEO and posted on trustpilot but I still dont get a response.
