    Fourlane was tremendous in helping us combine two QB online files that were created due to a huge Intuit error. They were great in reviewing and determining the best steps forward and then taking all precautions to ensure we ended with a fully functional and accurate file containing all 15 years of our transactions. Very thorough and always available for questions, concerns and then best practices to ensure we were 100% confident in the newly combined information. I highly recommend Fourlane.

    I would have to say that my company has had a completely different experience. Fourlane has been more than helpful. No, they are not cheap, but good service and knowledgeable people are not cheap. You get what you pay for. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with QuickBooks!!!!

    I've been using Fourlane for years!! They helped me convert my data over to QB enterprise from an old system. And I use them several times a year to help with QB questions that my CPA's don't know how to do. **** and all of the team at Fourlane has been a lifesaver for the small business man that needs to do big company things on a small company budget. Every ***** is worth their time. Highly recommend this company.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not use this company. Our experience was the same as everyone below. I wish we would have read these reviews first. They charged $999 to "review our file" and told us originally that the total fee would be somewhere between $2k-$8k depending on the amount of customization needed for the report. Then, in our 3rd meeting, that price suddenly jumped to $17k for an single spreadsheet and $40k for a "full custom report". I questioned how much effort would go into creating the spreadsheet and one of them blurted out, "Roughly ***** minutes on our end." They literally wanted to charge us $17k for 15 minutes of their time, and did not offer a reasonable answer for where the rest of the fee came from. Despite their outrageous quote, I actually tried to follow up with them and they haven't responded or called back. They literally took our $999, offered nothing of value to us, tried to majorly rip us off, and now turned into ghosts. Again, stay away from this company.

    I have always been nervous about companies where the reviews looked staged, and the marks are just a little to high. This was the case with Fourlane, beware of this company!We are a medical tech company from ******** and have had the worst experience with this accounting firm. They run on sales, not service. So once the contract is signed- you are an afterthought. I had my personal accountant call in sick for the first month and never contact me again. I asked for the "back up" account manager for my company, and it got a little better for about one week, than completely disappeared for months with zero results. It has been months and I as a business owner am fed up, I would never treat my customers this way or I wouldn't have any at the end of the day. Stick with a larger company, Fourlane is a non-responsive disaster.

    Beware! My client hired Fourlane to convert its file from QuickBooks Online to ********************* in the cloud. There was first a revolving door of meetings with reps promising the job could be done. After paying a substantial fee $18,000 in addition to multiple people attending numerous Zoom meetings the data file was converted and much info was missing. The client had to 86 the conversion. This endeavor was a total waste of time. Fourlane made out, my client lost big time. Please do not hire this company.
