Refund and Exchange Policy
Our equipment is installed into buildings and has a manufactures warranty on equipment and a labor warranty on the repairs or installation. The warranty depends on the type of work, such as a service call ( normally a 30 day labor warranty on the services provided ), or a installation of new equipment and that varies under the conditions of partial replacement, or full equipment replacement and associated normally required items such as duct work installation or changes, ETC. 
New construction follows the type and amount of work done and will have a warranty appropriate to the work done on that job.
We try to always have a Estimate of the work to be done to help insure good communication and understanding to the work done and the warranty of the materials and labor. Sometimes the requirements will have to be time and materials on a particular job and would then have a resulting warranty on the condition for the resulting work, if warrantable under those conditions.
