      The most horrible insurance ever. I hate them, they lie and lie and lie and lie, they give you the runaround. Don't ever get this insurance ever.They tell you one thing, someone else tells you another thing spent hours and hours on the phone with them and still did not get anything resolved, they know nothing NOTHINGGGGGGGG!!!!! UGHHHH I'm soo done with them!!!!

      I have been with them for two years and am just finding out that their incentive is trash theres no way you can use the money for ride share and cant use it for gas for your own vehicle to get you back and forth to your appointments whos to say am not using it to go to night clubs not only that I cant use if to provide food for myself this needs to be fixed asap I was stuck at a gas station with ****** on my card thinking I can get gas at night unsafe yall need to update this asap some of your members have their own transportation that we can use the card to place gas in almost 90% of the insurance companies allows this option so disappointed fix it please

      This is a ridiculous company. They have an escalation team for member issues that is filled with useless idiots who dont know anything and you cant get an answer. Different person every time you call and none of them even know what you told the person before. Completely useless system.

      This is for Ambetter Silver Summit plan here in ********* ******! The WORSE COMPANY EVER!!! They could not even get my doctor straight. No help at all. I paid for nothing. Id call to get a doctor appointment and just got the run around constantly. Im wondering are they legit. All they want is money!!! Im in the medical field and am sorry to say that I am because of companies like these. Go anywhere else but do not get an AMBETTER HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN.

      I moved from **************** to *****... Because of the move we had a change in insurance. Unfortunately despite the fact I had been on my medication for over 2 years and in remission ambetter would no longer approve my medication. I lost remission, which lead to finally having the mayo score needed to get ambetter to approve the medication I had already been on... However, now that medication is no longer working for me. All I did was move states and change insurance, but because they weren't my previous insurer and I was actively in remission changing my mayo score, they wouldn't approve my medication. If you can avoid them I would. I don't understand how what they did cannot be criminal. Awful, immoral, and incompetent company.

      I am extremely ***et about my coverage with Ambetter. I suffered a serious knee injury 7 months ago and needed care immediately when the injury worsened to a point I couldnt walk or work my job. First I had extreme difficulty finding a PCP that accepted my plan (the Ambetter website doctor ******** are out of date and calling Ambetter didnt help since they still use this list), so I had to call at least 12 PCP offices before finding one. I had my X-ray covered by my plan but they refused to cover my MRI so I had to pay out of pocket after fighting them on it a lot. A month after I got the **** Ambetter came back and said theyd cover it which was ridiculous as my condition worsened while I waited for their response about my MRI coverage appeal. I could not deal with Ambetter anymore. After all conservative attempts to restore my knee, I needed a specialist and could not find onenobody took my insurance and calling Ambetter was no help. Finally I just paid out of pocket for an orthopedist visit ($225) and my surgery ($5,000) and am currently paying out of pocket for my surgery follow-*** ($175 each). My health plan with ********************** has covered nothing besides PCP visits, some PT, and my prescription pain meds which cost very little. I am extremely ***et with Ambetter for their failure to cover my healthcare needs this year, and I lost so much of my savings and suffered physically and mentally for several months trying to find the care I needed while my injury worsened. I have no options for specialist doctors, ER, hospital or urgent care that accept my insurance in ******* and all areas that I have searched for. Ive called Ambetter 6 times with this issue and they have still failed to update their doctors list. I firmly believe that I, myself, and all other Ambetter healthplan recipients deserve compensation for this ongoing difficulty and lack of care. We are paying monthly and have very little access to care with no way out. This is cruel and needs to be stopped.

      Poor customer service. You will end up servicing yourself. Reps barely speak English so it's hard to communicate with them. I've had to call several times to have an issue resolved every time there is one. They don't have the ability to resolve the smallest matters in one phone call. I would advise choosing another provider. They have very few doctors within the network.

      i cancel 2 times but they still charging i paid in full but they put me on hold on my bank account for $50.95 and they report me at IRS taxes for 2023 i need help on this situation please

      The worst health insurance you could have, I can make a million doctor's ************ but when I get there they don't take my plan. Then why offer it? The government is really getting over on the taxpayers with these fake plans. And offering things they never plan on doing.
