            Initially when I purchased the car and I was speaking to the salesman via text and email, he said it was a 600 down payment. At the time of signing the down payment went up to ******. That should've been my indication to run. So I start signing and the man is going super fast and it's on a tablet. He was going over somewhat of the loan details and it was super late and I figured I'll read over contract when I get home. He assured me the contract was going to be emailed to me and i NEVER GOT IT. I waited and waited. The next day the check engine light came on. I called and complained. The car was leaking oil and I wanted everything that was wrong, fixed. I asked if they had something to loan me since it wasn't my fault the car had issues and they sold it to me that way. They never assisted me. They sent me to some ghetto shop and I waited over 2 hours and they didn't even looked at the car. Mind you I don't live close, into wise county. I couldn't pogo back and leave the car for 1 or 2 days while they looked at it. Long story short the car was giving me so many problems and between that and the total amount that was due was astronomical because they never disclosed details of loan, it was ****** on a run down 2012 ****** I told them I was giving up car because they didn't fulfill their end of the contract. Now it shows up as a repo and can't get into another car. I want my 700 back and that repo off my credit report. Bad business.

            I am a currently a customer with ************* auto. The way they are allowed to disrespectful when speaking with customers in the payment center should be a crime. They are very rude! They talk over you as if you are bothering them because theyre not doing their jobs. All over autopay. Imagine that. I was over talked and even hung up on when asked why my payments were not being taken out on autopay as *** had it set the entire time Ive had the car. The question I was asked so you dont check your bank account was so far out of line. Today when I stated the customer service is so bad and instead of over talking me she should be listening and trying to de escalate . The lady said oh were not customer service were the payment center. Umm maam I am a customer and you are servicing meThats customer service. Had they taken care of their business on their end none of this would have even taken place. Im paying on a car with no air or heat! If you dont think I dont mind giving this car back just to be resold to another customer. Youre so wrong! Its just not a good look at all!
