    Ordered a hat from Donald Trump store USA on March 15 2024. Received an e-mail saying order was being processed. Never heard again or received hat. Cant find an e-mail address or phone number.

    February 12 2024 I ordered online a Trump 100 Gold Bullion Commemorative Bar from ***********************************. I have not received the item. I sent several emails with no replies. The website has no way to track or verify a purchase or shipment of a purchase. There is no option to create an account. I attempted to create an account using the forgot password. That attempt failed. There is no telephone number for contacting them. There is no means to contact customer service. The order confirmation email sender is ********************* I have sent several emails inquiring about the order with no replies.I now see there are several similar complaints, so I figure the site is a scam site.

    I placed an order on April 10 for a couple flags and did not recieve a confirmation of my order. I tried to log into my account and it would not allow me in. The next day, On April 11th, they withdrew $49.56 from my checking account, I used my debit card, I have recieved no product, i have recieved no emails. I have emailed there help email numerous times with no reply. I would like my money returned.

    I placed an order on May 2, 2022 for the items in the attached copy of the order. I received confirmation of the Order and they billed my credit card.I sent a copy of the order to my other email (May 31,2022) for tracking purposes and after 6 weeks contacted them at the website where indicated ******************************* which went Unanswered. Again, attempted contact at 12 weeks, nothing. No response.They ignore email (help) requests entirely, I'd like a credit back to my card.     I purchased 2 gold Donald Trump President commemorative coins and 6 silver coins on November 28, 2021 for a total of $98.42. I also ordered 4 gold plated Trump bullion bars for the price of shipping, totalling $39.65 on November 30, 2021. All of these were to be sent within 3-5 weeks. I have not received any of these. I have contacted the company via email about my orders. According to their website, the is no number to call and all communication must nd done via email. I have not received any response back from the company.

    I ordered items on 3/21/22 and they have not arrived yet. Yet I have been billed for them as well. Order #DT25774 from the website Donald Trump Store USA. I send multiple email and have not received a replied back. The online chat system doesn't resolve anything. No phone number and now the website can not be pulled up. I'm looking to get a refund and file criminal charges if need be.
