    Horrible company they dont stand behind their word. Not honest at all. Keep your money because you will end doing the work yourself. My score is lower than when I started with this company. They tell you six months you such see a different. Its been almost year and change

    There are two sides to every story, and we appreciate her for sharing her feelings about her experience with our services and it saddens us to hear that she feels that we are responsible for her scores not improving or being lower than when she started. In reality, we were successful in removing/correcting 15 erroneous items from her reports with the efforts we conducted within 6 months. Within just 3 months of our services, we saw her scores increase by as much as 61 points from where she started. What she fails to account for is that after that point, her scores dropped significantly when she was reported for being 30+ days past due on an active loan, continued to be 150 days past due on another loan, and had 2 new collection accounts hit her reports. Had the newly negative activity not occurred, the scores would continue to improve instead of drop. We have tried to provide her with recommendations on proper account management and suggestions on how to improve her credit scores, and have even offered to extend our services for her at no additional cost, just because we care about her success. We feel that we did more than we ever promised/guaranteed to do for her, and are willing to continue to go above and beyond to support her in reaching her goals.
