    When calling this company be sure and ask for intention/cost up front and get in writing. They are a very dishonest organization and cannot be trusted to do the work or give information. Owner is not honest and you will be very disappointed if you choose to use this business. I would definitely do research and find a more reputable company. I would have not given any stars if you could write a review without

    I was hired by Jacey I**** to do an inspection of the fireplace and chimney installation that her company installed and to also install a chase cover for the top of the chimney. This inspection was done to the parameters of the NFPA 211 standards on 3-9-22. There was a major fire hazard due to the improper installation of the wood burning system which was documented in the formal inspection along with pictures that was sent to her. It was conveyed that the chase cover could not be installed until corrections made. She called on 3-28 and said that the corrections had been done and to come back out for the installation of the chase cover. I went back out on 4-7-22 to reinspect and found out nothing had been done. We informed her we could do the repairs for them if they were unable to do them and they requested a bid that was sent. They chose not to use us for the repairs and so an invoice was sent for the formal inspections that were made. Respectfully submitted: Jim Ray - West Texas Chimney
