1 starZero stars would be more appropriate! We received a renewal notice on April 4, 2024, which continued at our current rate until June 30, 2026. The next invoice we received had a rate increase with NO explanation. We contacted Regus and received a screen shot of a notice to their Community Team about letting customers know about an increase effective July 1, 2025. We have contacted Regus about an immediate termination of our contract and a refund of current charges. They have ignored our emails. Terrible company to work with!!Review fromL. T

1 starPlease note that ****** ******** (Center Associate) and ****** ********* (Area Sales Manager) were fantastic to work with.Unfortunately, they report to **** ******** (who is among the most incompetent individuals we have had the displeasure of working with in the last 15 months). Mr. ******** is a disservice to Regus and should be FIRED effective immediately. His behavior has been so atrocious that we cancelled our lease and requested a full refund of all payments made before moving into the space. He has consistently provided inconsistent and contradictory information that has adversely impacted us financially and would continue to adversely impact our business going forward. He did this repeatedly despite representations made by Regus, including representations made by his boss, ****** Given. It is as if he was asleep at the wheel. This experience has been completely unacceptable and we suspect other lessees have been treated similarly.Review fromShawndra M

1 starI am deeply disappointed with my experience at Regus. When I first inquired about office space, the salesperson was friendly and helpful, which gave me hope. However, things quickly changed after I signed the lease and paid the *********** of the early red flags was having to search other offices just to find furniture to assemble for my own office, something that should have been handled professionally. I've now been in this space for over a year, and my experience with management has been impersonal and disengaged. The billing practices are particularly troubling. Charges often seem unclear and inconsistent, and the overall process lacks transparency. The internet service is unreliable and frequently goes out, severely impacting my work. Worse still, if there are any late fees, Regus has a practice of intentionally disconnecting your internet access or blocking access to conference rooms that are supposed to be free, which feels punitive and ************ times, I feel like I'm being held captive in a contract with no concern for the client's well-being or success. I would not recommend Regus to any of my colleagues or fellow business owners. There are better, more transparent, and customer-focused alternatives out there.Review fromAeisha C

1 starI am filing a complaint regarding an ************** Agreement with Regus/*** for office space at one of their ********** locations, scheduled to begin on September 1, 2025. I am formally requesting immediate cancellation of this agreement, effective June 7, 2025. No services have been provided, no office space has been accessed or prepared, and I submitted a cancellation request well in advance of the lease start date. The agreement was signed on June 4, 2025, using a sales representatives laptop. At no point were the full contract terms disclosed, opened, or reviewed with me. Although a confirmation email had been sent earlier, the actual agreement was embedded in hyperlinks that were never highlighted or explained. I had no reason to believe there were additional terms buried in those links. As a licensed provider of community-based services, I was transparent about my operational needs and regulatory obligations. I exercised due diligence to ensure the space would be appropriate, but after a more thorough review, its clear that the setup is incompatible with our licensure requirements putting my business and license at risk. This is not a matter of buyers remorse. This agreement was entered into under unclear and misleading circumstances. The sales process lacked transparency, and essential information was deliberately obscured. Proceeding with this lease would create legal and operational liabilities I cannot accept. I notified the office to cancel the agreement on June 7 nearly three months before the lease was to begin.I am requesting immediate termination of the agreement and written confirmation that no charges will be assessed. I also urge Regus/*** to review its sales and contracting practices, particularly how electronic agreements are handled and presented. Their current process is especially problematic for small business owners, and the lack of transparent or accessible contact information only compounds the issue.Review fromJoe D

1 starTried signing up for services via their app, app rejected my card, I was charged anyway. Then got an email asking for more money to activate services. Then got charged the initial amount + what was mentioned in the email without my consent. Then got six invoices addressed to different people in my inbox the next day, and was charged for four of those invoices. This whole time, I'm trying to tell them I don't want services but there are no services listed on my account to cancel! Now they are threatening to send me to collections over 90 dollars! ******** company!Review fromMarcus D

1 starIf I could give them 0 stars I would. Their billing practices are unethical and should be illegal. My billing due date is the 15th of each month, yet they prices my payment on the 6th. I also agreed to a set price of $70 a month, yet again in charged anywhere between $80-$120 with no reasonable explanation. I wouldn't recommend.Review fromC. L

1 starI'm a resident of ******** with a small business. I recently signed a contract with ***/HQ/Regus for a virtual address and wasn't provided accurate information upon request. I confirmed with my initial ***resentative, ****** *., that my contract did not include mail forwarding. After the contract was signed I learned that it actually did contain a hidden fee and requested to cancel contract the next day via text to ****** but received no return call or text, after she hounded me with texts previous day to sign the contract. Is should've ran then. I contacted the City Manager for my area next day to ****** and was told this "you're locked in". I'm kicking myself because I didn't do my normal due diligence and research this company. Once I did I learned of their deceptive practices via numerous complaints and a F rating on BBB, I reached out to ***** ******, the area manager for ******** and ******** same day and after receiving a ***ly and not given any explanation why the initial *** didn't return my call even though she was at work that next day, he asked if he could call me back on Monday (2 business days later). Rather than call he emailed and I was pretty much given the "contract says" spiel. He did waive the deceptive/hidden/undisclosed fee attached to the contract. However, I'm still requesting to cancel this contract. I'm just writing to add to the many consumer complaints about this company and hopefully you'll avoid this company.Review fromCandice B

1 starExtremely Disappointed New Business Owners Beware of Regus Office Space As a business owner striving to build a reputable and professional brand, I chose Regus to launch my new office location for ******** Auto, trusting that I would receive the support, transparency, and professionalism promised during my initial sales conversation with ******** Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of dishearteningand at this point, completely unacceptable. On April 26th, I made a payment of $1,300 under the clear understanding that my first month was free. Not even a full week later, I was informed I needed to pay for June's rent before May 15thwhich was never communicated to me during onboarding. Who pays rent a month in advance without notice or proper invoicing? I paid the June rent on May 28th, well before the start of the month, only to be hit with a late fee and told it would not be reversed, despite having clear proof of timely payment.Regus has made it extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone who has the authority or compassion to resolve issues. Their customer service structure feels intentionally unhelpful. I have not even been a client for 60 days, and I have faced nothing but problemsfrom delays in receiving my business phone number (which I had to chase down twice), to this unacceptable late fee situation. This is not how you treat business ownersespecially small and growing companies trying to maintain professionalism and stability. The lack of transparency, communication, and basic customer care is ************* any new or small business considering Regus: Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They make it sound easy and welcoming, but the reality is layered with hidden policies, poor communication, and systems that penalize you unfairly.I will not be doing business with Regus again, and I strongly caution others before committing to any agreement with them.Review fromNatasha S

1 starThis company is a con. They signed me up for an annual contract which I never used. I paid for a year and before renewal terminated the service. Yet they continued to bill me. My contract had an end date of April 30 2025. When I reached out they told me that in the small print of the contract it is required that you terminate three months before the end of the contract otherwise you will automatically agree to sign another year contract. No one ever mentioned this when I signed up over the phone. Not sure what needs to be done but definitely looking into what the state of CT can do.
