    CarPlace Dallas misrepresented the vehicle they sold to us. We were told the car was in excellent condition, with only minor cosmetic work completed and no accident history. The Carfax report provided by the dealership also showed no accidents.Upon delivery, the vehicle immediately showed significant problems:Suspension malfunction causing instability and unsafe driving.Multiple dashboard error codes.Visible damage and missing parts around the front fender and wheel well.A subsequent inspection by a certified *** Dealership revealed:Structural impact damage consistent with an accident (bent frame member, underbody damage, broken/missing components).Oil pan leak and multiple damaged skid plates.Evidence that parts represented as OEM replacements were actually broken or improperly repaired.Accident-related issues that were never disclosed and are not reflected in the Experian Auto Check report.CarPlace Dallas ignored multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly. Because they failed to respond, we were forced to hire an attorney. Only after legal intervention did the dealership respond not by honoring our request for a full return and refund, but by offering to trade the vehicle, and sending us to their website to "shop".This dealership has shown itself to be deceitful and untrustworthy, failing to disclose accident damage, refusing to take accountability, and ignoring reasonable attempts to resolve the issue. Do not do business with CarPlace Dallas!!

    I purchased a 2017 ************* S from this dealer when they were still getting situated away from "Dallas Autos Direct." This was back in October ******* Porsche has now costed me $10,000 in repairs, and maintenance after just 5 months. The tires were dry rotted and down to 3/32s (I have only put on ***** miles). The brakes were extremely noisy as a result of their service department essentially pad-slapping the vehicle and not replacing the rotors. The timing cover is leaking which is an engine-out repair. The headlight washer covers have popped off 3 times now while on the highway and I have had to buy new ones. The paint was scratched up by the previous owner using the contact car washes, so I had to get an outside buff/detail.An Issue I have not yet been able to address, is that the exhaust system has some major rusting which gives me an exhaust rattle/leak noise at idle. I intend on replacing the entire exhaust system once I can toss another $5,000 into the vehicle. Personally this one is my fault for not paying attention to the fact that this car spent its first ****** miles in *******The most recent concern has been that the actual headlight assembly has a protective layer that is peeling off, so I plan to purchase 2 new headlight assemblies.mind you I actually purchased a Mercedes E class prior to this Porsche from them, and it had SO MANY mechanical/cosmetic issues that I denied the sale, and brought the vehicle back to which we traded me out to the *******. To me that means 2/2 vehicles I have purchased from them had major mechanical issues, and they knowingly sold it to me. I work for a vehicle repair shop, and upon my team inspecting my Mercedes it had: Failing transmission solenoids, blown out front / rear struts, blown out control arm bushings, body damage to rear quarter panel, bent rims, balding tires (inner tread), peeling window tint, broken center console, broken window switch.

    i purchased a *** 750i i noted problems with the car which the Salesman, **** told me he would address the issue asap. Rear tires had no tread, the tires were replaced with tires with the wrong size for the car. The rear tires are smaller than the front tires. the tire pressure light does not go off, Discount tire confirem the tire pressure sensors are no good, the windshield washer pump does no t work. The car was fine and had to correct tire size when i test drove the care with no warning lights on. the next day when i purchased the Car, and found all these problems. i have discussed these issues wiht the manager and ****, the salesman. i am still waiting for a call. i want the tire pressure sensors replaced , all 4 and i want the corretc tires sizes. ****. it has been a week, and i am still dealing with being ignored by the dealership.
