    "They don’t even deserve a 1 star. They do half ass work for repairs, and worst of all when you tell them the hot water heater isn’t working that there is NO hot water running in the house and it’s the start of the cold season and have kids and girls that need to shower; the manager gives u a stupid arrogant attitude telling u they had people fix it already when it’s still not working." ...
