              This company is over our HOA at Polk place townhomes and is an absolute JOKE. They don’t keep up with the people parking in front of the trash dumpsters causing them to not be emptied which causes a mess because then the trash is all over the place. The mail room trash is always overflowing and a mess. Yet homeowners pay 115.00 a month for this mess. It’s an absolute JOKE. They NEVER hesitate to take the home owners HOA fees every single month but yet this community looks like trash.

              *** *******, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Synergy Real Estate Group Inc. I do show that a car was towed recently from your community for parking in the roadway and for blocking a dumpster. It is regretful that the residents do not adhere to the signs that are posted in the community with reference to parking. With reference to the trash can in the mail area, this is serviced by the lawncare company I will pass this information to the management team and hopefully resolution can be found for this matter promptly.
