              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent experience with your company. On January 30th, I placed an order for a meal package, and while I received an email confirming the creation of the shipping label shortly after, I have yet to receive the actual package. In mid-February, I took the initiative to contact your customer service department to report the non-receipt of my package. Unfortunately, the wait times on the phone were extensive, prompting me to opt for a callback from a customer service representative. Five days later, I finally received a call back, during which I was assured that the package would be resent. Regrettably, as of March, I have not received the reshipped package. In an attempt to expedite a resolution, I reached out to your customer service once more and submitted a refund request through your website. Despite receiving an email confirmation that someone would contact me within 24 hours, four days have elapsed without any response. This prolonged and unresolved issue has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service I have received. It is disheartening to encounter such challenges, especially when it comes to fulfilling a basic customer order. I expected a higher standard of service from your reputable company. At this point, I am left with no choice but to seek a resolution elsewhere. I urge you to address this matter promptly and either ensure the timely delivery of the original order or process a refund as per my request.

              My mini generator shuts off with 63% still available. I contacted them and was told my purchase was past the warranty. I had this thing for about a year. I hate this thing. The company clearly doesn’t care about the customers.

              I am deeply disappointed by 4Patriots. I was unable to obtain shipping labels they promised to send me to return Patriot Power 1800 + Generator with sidekick bundle. As a result, I returned all products at my own expense. I sent the first two boxes through *** on January 26, 2024. One of the boxes containing Patriot Power 1800+ Generator was returned to *** because it did not have the proper hazmat labels. I ended up requesting appropriate labels from 4Patriots customer service again and they advised 7-14 day window to receive labels. This time elapsed so I took the box returned to me, paid for hazmat labels, and sent the box out through FedEx. 4Patriots received the shipment on March 5, 2024. I provided my documentation to my credit card company and they building a dispute case against 4Patriots. I made the decision to return the items because I discovered I did not have the correct set up or lighting in my condominium to power the generator. They have no leg to stand on in denying they received returns because I have all receipts from *** and *****. Additionally, I have all email communications from company. It is very disheartening to see how many people have complained and/or have been defrauded. I hope the company will make the decision to “right the ship” and stop being dishonest as this will soon catch up to them. Keep all emails, documents, and report this company until they are held accountable for their blaring dishonesty and poor business practices.

              Hi *****, thank you for your review and feedback. I'm sorry to her of the difficulty you have had with returning your order. The return process for the generator is quite different from regular returns. Labels are not sent out to have the generator returned. A return box with the correct labels for shipping is sent out to customers. After a review of your order, I do see that all items have been returned but due to the dispute with your bank causing a chargeback on the account, no refunds can be done until the decision of the chargeback has been completed. When you file a dispute/chargeback with your bank it can take them up to 75 days after the response is submitted. (We have no control over the time frame and cannot expedite ). So it can slow down the refund process. Again, we apologize for the issues you had with your return.

              The product came a couple of days after I ordered it. One package of spaghetti had a1/4 inch slash in it. I called the company phone number I waited on hold 1 hour and 15 min. An automatic answering cut in and confirmed my phone #. Then it said I would get a return call when an operator was available. I was not able to locate the "chat" option on their website. I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased the 3 month supply. Glad I didn't get the year supply.

Due to the current world events it has caused a spike in demand for our products. We are working hard to fix the delay in service as it is not our typical standard.               After writing this review I received an email answer to my email to customer service. They asked for a photo of the hole in the package and the product production numbers. I provided same. A couple days later I got another email stating they were submitting that info and I would be receiving a replacement package. It is too soon to expect that to arrive, but at least they are on it.

              False advertising. If you have zero refrigeration then the food will not last as long as they proclaim. Food should have been divided into smaller packages regarding food supposedly enough for a week that would definitely require refrigeration. This is simply processed food being sold as a gimmick to prepare for a disaster situation. Per the BBB stating numerous issues regarding shipping -- I was told by 4Patriots CS Rep that they are very backed up throughout their entire company. Also had to provide constructive criticism to one of the CSRs upon receiving their partial package that the need to revise how they ship things with regards to very inaccurate packaging slips as well as should modify their website with itemized bullet point listings of exactly what the customer will receive as well as provide bullet itemized listing of possible substitution items as the items for food is not currently listed it only show pictures of what you should get. Within minutes of placing my order I realized I left my apartment # off of my order and e-mailed them and then got an e-mail stating my order had shipped. When I called to correct shipping address I was advised to call *** and when I called *** they hadn't received my order/items therefore they could not change anything because my order was not yet in their system. 4Patriots should have offered to contact *** on my behalf instead of my wasting my time to call *** for *** to tell me they couldn't help me. I do not plan on ordering anymore merchandise from 4Patriots any time in the foreseeable future as it clearly obvious from the BBB and per my recent experience they have some issues they need to address and change.

              Buyer beware! I was super excited to purchase my emergency food supply after seeing them on *** **** a bunch. My boxes showed up looking like an exploded mess of powder. Packages opened and punctured, but even worse the customer service is absolutely terrible. I cannot describe in words how bad it is. I called and left messages, emails with absolutely zero follow up. After 3 weeks I Finally got ****** and waited almost an hour on hold until I talked with a rep. I was told they would send me the packages that were damaged. Still haven't received them. I was shocked by the entire experience. Thought these guys (Frank) would be all over this and provide over the top customer service. What's the point of providing survival food when it comes to you compromised. Good thing I opened the boxes up instead of waiting until a time of crisis to find out my food was spoiled. Very disappointing! Their customer service and QC needs to be completely overhauled. As a former business owner myself, I could not imagine treating customers like this. It's too bad because they offer some really innovative products that I was considering purchasing, but at this point there is no way I'm spending $3k for a generator and more when they can't even get their primary product right!! There are a ton of similar reviews just like mine. It's a systemic issue within this company!

              Received my kits,3 of 4 kits had spilled product ..(compromised) Have been trying for days to return..one message said for me to clean the bins before(they were being very condescending)..ill return (at my cost)and dispute with credit card co.NEVER AGAIN 4PATRIOTS

              I ordered a Generator in September and it took a lot longer than anticipated to receive it. I read the manual and it was not working with solar panels, which is the sole reason why I purchased this product. The generator itself works fine. It took weeks for customer service to get back to me and help me out. It was determined by their team that solar panels were damaged and again it took over 3 weeks for them just to send me the ***** label for the solar panels to be returned. I finally returned the solar panels again it's been weeks and numerous calls with no respond and I don't know when they plan to send back the new solar panels. They have not even acknowledged that they have received the return. I feel that they are just stealing people's money. I paid 3K for this generator that would have been 1/2 the price had I gone with another company. Their customer service is atrocious. I will never buy another product from this company again.

Per tracking we have received the defective Solar Panel back and I have reached out to our warehouse to make sure they get your replacement shipped as soon as possible.               Since I’ve been using 4patriots over the past 2years I have not had any delivery issues. When they told me some items will arrive separately, they made sure to mention if the items do not arrive within 2-3 days of one another to contact them. Well it not happen. The items arrived and the boxes were all intact. Their items from the survival food and the non food items I find to 5 star top notch.

              Customer service sucks. Bought the small generator. In Sept 22, August 23 storm came through and I tried charging the generator by solar and house would not take a charge. I called the customer service number only get a recording to send email. sent numerous emails not response from them. I have bought other items no issues and been happy. You have a problem and they don't care. ****
