      Their items do not last forever. I bought a sofa in there 2 years ago AND IT LOOKS HORRIBLE !! The cushions are all falling in. The back of the sofa hangs down etc. When you call to see if they will stand behind their product ,they 1st want to charge you 70.00 to come look at it. Then I was told if the cushions need more filler that I would be charged for that as well. This sofa is 2 YEARS OLD. When I said well it's the back of the sofa as well then she said that's why we have to come look at it . ?? I asked well if they find out it's the sofa then what . She said. I don't know you would have to ask your salesman . Also keep in mind ...I live alone , keep the sofa covered at all times and weigh 120 pds . Do Not waste your money .I've seen odd lot furniture last longer ..smh

      Sprintz's policy. You have one year from the date that you take delivery of your furniture for Sprintz to come out at no charge.

      If you pick your item up at our Distribution Center you will be charged a 69.00 trip fee and then 69.00 and hour for our technician.

      The factory warranty's are different with each factory on whether you pay for parts or the factory covers them
