PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. And I'm assuming they do something to push all their bad reviews to the bottom. Because they are a very UNPROFESSIONAL business I guess my first mistake is to not have read all their 1 star reviews since they have done this EXACT thing to other bachelorette parties.. We booked a private entertainer to come to our hotel room since the venue was sold out. They confirmed me a few days before and the day of I sent them our address to confirm they were coming. They text messaged me with just ok. After waiting for 30 mins no one showed. I called the number on their website and no one answered and the voice mail box was full. I sent a text message that he wasn't here yet and it took them 30 more minutes to text me back that JP forgot and that he can come tomorrow. The only problem is that we were leaving the next day. At that point we were already waiting over an hour. Their only fix was to refund me. Which I expected. But what about the time I spent wasted waiting for them to even contact me. And they refunded me $10 less than what I paid. Even after they would answer a text I'd call them right back at that same number and they wouldn't answer. Just the fact that they wouldn't answer their phone or have the decency to call me to minimize the confusion since it was so hard to communicate through text. They are a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL business. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

We made a mistake in our schedule and we admit that. The customer was fully refunded and did not give any time for the business to respond to her question why it her charge wasn't all returned at once. She texted the company at 1155pm and then went to write negative reviews that night before allowing us to respond to her.

The booking fee is seperately returned from her original cost and therefore, had we been given the oppurtunity to respond we would have informed her so that she would understand the why.

She has been refunded.
