      They treat these apartments like college apartments still citing how many days you can have guests,if someone is paying their rent then their guests should never be an issue, Let’s get started, so When I lived there the management continually hawk watched my father and I,now mind you I had lived at the point at raiders campus from 2017 until 2022 when they switched to the preserve and they had myself and my father pay 3,799 deposit to move across the other side of the newly renovated apartments , I was supposed to get a bottom apartment, never happened. I got the second floor,in the laundry room in the apartment there was a hole in the ceiling by the sprinkler which they never fixed, the wood floors were horribly done with bumps up and down all inside it and my patio was stained to where it needed to be pressure washed which they never cleaned actually ****** in the office said they would not do it..They charged us 1889 a month for a 3 bedroom, the first 3 months were great, but when I bought my father a truck and he accidentally backed into someone who he paid them for accidentally backing into them that’s when the office started hazing my father constantly telling me he was inebriated all the time(emails and phone calls), lies and the office even illegally said there was lease violations and we never went into the office to sign anything saying the lease was violated, I had friends visit and **** the front office manager who claimed on video and in front of two other witnesses that she grew up in Murfreesboro so she knew everyone!That being said my company one of them was trespassed off the property another illegal lease violation that I never met with anyone and signed,she lied on camera saying my company had felonies and she knew because she grew up here, mind you their record is clear. And said it was a third violation them visiting me and again illegally cut my lease which was in the last two weeks of July of 2023, which I was out by the first of August 2023.
