1 starI called them out for a huge Cicada Killer Bee nest beside my home and two more in back. Signed the contract on Wednesday and they were scheduled to come out for a full service pest control and removal between 8am and 12 noon on Thursday. No one showed at all. I called back in a total of five times, with each call the rep said they were sending him messages and asking for approximate ETA. All requests were left unanswered. I called again to reschedule and found the next appointment wouldnt be until the following week on a Wednesday. *** got a plumber refusing to come back and lay my pipe until they are removed and Terminix is so incompetent that they cant keep an appointment which they themselves made. To top this horrible experience off, they now want me to wait another week before sending someone out? Inexcusable and extremely poor professionalism to say the very least. After reading reviews here about their practices and the condescending manner the company rep responded to each review, I quickly canceled the contract before they did to me what theyve done to others. Now theyre telling me they never received my initial payment of $149 which my credit card company says they did. This is a horrible company that truly needs to be investigated at least and license revoked to operate. Shame on you for your horrific treatment of people that trusted you as I did. I now see Ill have to buy the chemicals and suit to get rid of these pests myself. The people on the phone that I spoke with each time I called, were extremely polite and appeared to sincerely try to help me. However, everyone else from those spraying to the corporate offices that allow such practices to continue are a menace to society and should be shut down. To be fully transparent, my dealings with this company lasted two days; 1-constructing the quarterly speaking contract, and 2-when they were supposed to come out and spray. Two days of meeting and getting to know them, was a total waste of timeTerminix

In reviewing your account, I see that you signed up for service on 7/19 and called to cancel service on 7/20. If anything was on your account, it was a hold in the amount for the service. Being that you canceled the service a day after you requested it, your account was never charged. Hopefully one day this consumer will feel differently about us. 1 starI booked mosquito service with these incompetent people. The first time they came to service my property I was out of town so I was told he couldnt complete the service and would come back the following week which ever happened. I rebooked an appointment for today July 20th, again no one ever showed up. When I called the customer service couldnt even find my account. I canceled the entire service I refuse to do business with incompetent people!!Terminix

1 starI called to have my house inspected for termites on Wed. July 19th never showed up . So I called wed. afternoon to see what happen they said the person got sick. So I rescheduled for today 1 pm Thursday July 20th at 1 pm no one showed up. I called and complained and told them its funny they can come take care of neighbors termites and forget a new customer. No way I would bother with this ********************** again . I have called another termite inspector to take care of the issues. ************************************************Terminix

1 starI hate this company. Their technicians lie and use fear tactics. I had another company come out and they were even upfront stating we never had thew issues that Terminix was claiming. I lost my job and my wife has cancer. They refuse to let me cancel the services. They keep threatening me with charges. Then try to throw $40 here or a $50 credit there. What do you not understand what CANCER means? LOST job? Your techs lie, I have proof, they are a horrible company.Terminix

1 starI am so ****** off!! Since March my account has been incorrectly billed. After speaking to 20 people later and being advised that the large amount on my account would be written off and the billing corrected to $27 monthly$89 was taken from my account. The branch managers have only called my back ONCE after multiple CSRs have been sent. And to top it off they had cancelled my account from their mistake and have only serviced my home once since this started. If I didnt need this service and having vested so much money I would not waste my time.Terminix

1 starService area is ************* in the *********** / ***** region. I sent this to the regional manager *************************** with no response after numerous attempts to contact customer service or anyone above my account rep and branch manager:We signed the contract on **** for termite fumigation and our **** ****************** basically ghosted us. I called the toll free number many times to find out our fume date, then to notify that we did not have an in person walk through (*** texted to remove a board across the fence but that is the only outdoor prep advice), on on **** to find out why the fumigation did not happen and if it would be happening instead in the following days. When we got the call from ******************* of ************** the morning of the fumigation to share the arrival time, he said that we did not have to be home and that anything that wasn't taken care of would be handled by our branch manager. I request our hotel be reimbursed because we followed the contract language and our account rep's *************** the letter for preparation. We flagged for Terminix that we did not do an in person walk through, were assured by the fume company that we were all set, and we did not hear until three days after scheduled date that we were not being serviced. We did not hear back from the branch manager, ********************************** until **** that the fume was going to be rescheduled to **** but he did not say why. Finally on **** ******** came to our house (an hour late) and shared we have to pull up an entire deck along the side of the house in less than 48 hours to prepare for fume tent meanwhile we have been on contract since ****. This is a total unnecessary scramble especially since we have been trying to get in touch for weeks.Terminix

1 starIt is so sad to read all of Terminixs reviews and recognize that Im in the same boat. They are a horrible money grubbing company and whose only end goal is to make a sale. The technicians ineffectively treat your home and then dont respond to your calls after the fact. I spoke to two separate customer service representatives to schedule an appointment today to hopefully correct the services that I received. I call today to verify my appointment and shocker they have no recollection of my appointment. I ask to speak to a manager and they said that takes two days to do. What kind of company is this? Its horrible, expensive, and ineffective. And then to get out of your contract you have to pay through the nose.Terminix

1 starWorst service ever. Extremely overpriced. They book an appointment and then never show up. I took time off work to be home for the guy and he never showed up. I had to ask for time off and I let the person at the call center know that I was doing that so that I could be home for the guy and still he doesnt show up. Also, the quality of work is the worst. They probably just spray with waterTerminix
