      I would not ever recommend Terminix to anybody. I scheduled for spiders and bees. I spent all day waiting for them to show up, ended up being a no call no show, when I called they already had me rescheduled for another day without my knowledge. So now I'm out 2 days of work, the guy they sent out was someone that does not go out to houses he sits behind a desk all day. He did not bring a bee suit, so no problem solved there. He was supposed to come in my house and spray for spiders. Never stepped foot in the house. The only thing he did was put some sticky traps in my garage which is not attached to the house and I mentioned nothing being done to my garage. He told me to put bug lights down in my field and gave me a couple websites to get the same chemicals they use. So I refused to pay the bill, disputed it several times and they sent me to collections so I just paid it today.

      I am adding my voice to the numerous complaints already listed here within a very short space of time. I have been a loyal Terminix customer for well over 20 years and have generally had good service. Three of the service plans I have with them seem to be going well. The plan they sold me in 2017 for control of garden moles not so much. I have now been trying to get service regarding the garden moles plan for over three months. I have contacted them about this multiple times. On 3/22/24, the "retention" officer assured me I am covered until 3/31/25. I pointed out that the coverage means nothing if it takes three months or more to get service. She took notes, said she was sending an email to the local office manager, and gave me his name and contact information. He has not responded. I have now called that manager twice since then, and there has been no response. Clearly this is no way to run a business and keep customers satisfied.

      Terminix processed my AutoPay of $756.67 on Febuary 1, 2024 for my termite and pest protection. They had an AutoPay processing system malfunction on that day. As a result they processed an unsolicited refund for my termite protection of $323.67 four days later. Then billed me $433, which was the amount they kept for my pest service. I called numerous times and about two weeks after the first of three escalations, I finally got a call from one of their local employees. He emailed the ******* office and was told my bank did not process my payment and that I was to send back the $323.67 that they refunded by mistake and that I owed $756.67 to have pest and termite protection. I have sent Teminix my bank records showing that they withdrew $756.67 out of my account and they refunded the unsolicited amount of $323.67. Their local employee spoke with a bank supervisor, who supported the fact that Terminix made the withdrawal of $756.67 and refunded $323.67 and that at no time did the bank refuse to process the payment. The Terminix employee read the routing number to the bank supevisor on a paper he had and the last digit of the routing number was missing. My contract expired on March 10th. I was told verbally that Terminix would continue to cover me while this issue got resolved and he would send that in writing. As of this date, March 22nd, I have received no written confirmation that Terminix would cover me while this issue is resolved even though I have requested it multiple times. I now want my $433 returned to me.

      On April 5th the Terminix response stated a member of their managemant team would contact me. Today, May 22nd, they have made NO contact with me. As stated in my review they have been given proof of their transactions in my checking account by my bank statement. An employee of theirs has spoken with a bank supervisor and they have still not done anything. Today I emailed a letter from my bank to them containing the routing numbers and transactions in my checking account. All three of these support what I have written. Terminix owes me $433 and I want it returned to me promptly!!!!! This started out as a computer error. It is now THEFT because they refuse to return my money to me!!!!

      ******** scheduled an appointment for ***** today and no one showed up. When I called, different representatives cussed at me and hung up on me. They said the branch was closed. The call workers were very rude.

      They keep sending invoices to me, I paid on the spot to the technician who attended. I really liked his personal service, but the aftermath makes me very angry.

      I have had the most horrible experience with this company. On 2/28 I contracted them for exclusion service due to a mouse issue in my home. They came out immediately on 3/1 and promised to come back for follow up service. After several phone calls to their escalation team and a request to talk to a manager no response. In the contract it says that they will come out as often as necessary to resolve the problem. The contract also stated that they would install door sweeps and a screen over my dryer vent and they never did that. They said they would do it on the follow up visit. Almost a month later and no resolution. I still have mice activity, the didnt plug all the holes, my husband and I ended up going to buy better traps and steel wool that they never used. We paid $1,066 and the service we received equals about $66 if that. I will never use them again. Im specifically referring to the ******** ** location.

      The worst customer service I have ever experienced. ********************** sales rep came to my house to get measurements and of course try and convince me to allow them to service my home for termites. Well the sales rep seemed to know what he was talking about so I was interersted then we went into my house to go over everything needed to get rid of the termites. Well after he gave me the total of $2100.00 I started thinking and was not sure about signing the contact because this day in time $2100.00 is not easy to come by for a hard working middle class family.... but like I said I have seen the termites and really wanted them gone so I was going to go on with the contract. I went upstairs to get my wallet and credit card handed my credit card over to the sells rep and signed all the signature spot on the contract. At this point everything was complete. Now this is when I could not believe what was happening next because the only thing the sales rep had to do at this point was walk out of my house but instead the sales rep asked me why was I hesitant about signing the contract with Terminix and my reply was simple "the $2100.00" and then he said to me but you have 6 vehicles in your driveway, 2 of them are ******** and new Truck....I instantly felt profiled and was not sure if the $2100.00 amount was accurate because why are you looking at what's in my house and what I'm driving...The only thing you should have been looking at was termites and not profiling/judging me. I instantly told him to cancel my contract, what I'm driving have nothing to do with you and get out of my house NOW. Immediately after he left I called the customer service hotline and several more time but still 11 days later I have not heard anything from anyone from Terminix with that being said I wouldn't recommend Terminix to anyone.

      Terrible service in **. Appointment booked after cancelling personal appointments. Was told staff would arrive between 2-5. Waited until after 5. They were a no show, so I called company to find out if they were running late. Rep. told me that the person I spoke with didnt even put the order in. Very disappointing. Dont use this service, they dont value customers. One star is too much.

      They inspected the wrong house, *************** My house has the termite bait system. They installed the termite baits. But, employees dont have enough sense to know that the house that they are inspecting is empty, no curtains, boxes on the front porch, and it doesn't have any termite bait systems. Not, one red flag was raised that they might need to call and confirm some things.When I called them on that. I wasn't able to get in contact with a supervisor or get one to contact me. Then, they still didn't come out and make it right.
