1 starSigned up 10/24. They come and spray, bugs are still getting in. I call to complain, schedule a tech to come out, they don't show. Connect to chat support, they say sorry and end the chat. I called the customer service line, "we can't do anything for you". They jail you with the one year contract and don't do anything to deserve the money you pay. $700 to terminate a non active account! I've had to call other companies to resolve the issues Terminix WON'T RESOLVE. This is the Xfinity/Comcast of Pest Control. Please.... PLEASE don't sign up for this. You'll regret it.Terminix

1 starIf I could leave zero stars I would! I have called repeatedly regarding a billing error. Each time you call the local number, it goes straight to their general customer service and each time the *** notes the issue and says the same thing every time "they're all in a meeting but someone from the local office will call you back" I've called on 5 different occasions and each time it's the same story with no resolve! I am so surprised that a national brand is such a boiler room operation. They will certainly respond to a new customer wanting to sign on but make a complaint and they jerk you around! I registered the initial complaint in February 2024 and it is now mid April 2024 and they're sending me past due invoices. Next stop...filing a claim at my local courthouse.Terminix

1 starHello,I called and scheduled service on Monday April 8, 2024. I was given a window of 10 am -12 noon but no one showed up nor did I get a call. I called the customer service number at 1pm and was advised the scheduled tech is not picking up the phone. He apologized and advised a tech will be there between 3pm -5pm on the same day April 8, 2024. After another no show I called in again and was again told the tech is not answering the phone. I am not sure what type of customer service this is where your employees do not pick up the phone for service. I took the whole day off from work for no reason and I was charged. The customer service agent then apologized and advised that he can put me on the schedule for April 9, 2024 between 3-5pm ,which is today. And again no one arrived. I Called in again and spoke to ***** who told me that the agent yesterday scheduled me for April *************************************** which was the 9th. Now I have taken 2 days off from work and have been charged for service that I have not received. At this point I would like some discount or compensation and I'd like the service rescheduled to the next available date as I've missed 2 days of work and because of this incompetence I will have to take a 3rd.Terminix

1 starWe have had bad luck with Terminix since we started with them. Hopefully this will prompt a response or return call. We have spent thousands of dollars this year on Terminix - Termite, pest control, mosquito control, and insulation.While blowing in ***************** broke a window. Ok accidents happen. That was months ago. They said they would fix said window. It took weeks to pick it up. Then nothing from them for weeks. They finally picked up the window for repair and it took weeks to hear. While we were on a 10 day cruise without any prior call we got a call. The tech was at the home to replace the window. We did not arrive home for 10 days. The window was left on the driveway leaning against the fence. When we saw it we laughed the glass immediately came out. The other frames were loose and the frame falling apart.I have been trying for a week to get a call or text back from the tech or supervisor. No luck.When I call customer service for existing customers no one answers. (I waited 15 minutes) If I call the new customer line they answer right away and transfer to the existing customer line. Otherwise it is impossible to reach any one from Terminix.This is the **********, ** area Terminix. Terminix We would love to hear back from you.Terminix

1 starBack in May we signup with TERNINIX for Termite. I requested that my Monthly payments be deducted the end of the Month, the salesman stated no problem. The following Month my Bank notify me that other payments, like my car payment, car insurance was rejected because TERMINIX LIED and gave me miss inform information about my payment due date. My Wife call the salesman 5 times and he did not return our calls. We call TERMINIX and spoke to **************** and they told us that they will change the payment due date. Next Month the Bank call us again with the same problem. TERMINIX Lied again, We call again and explain the issue and the person was very Rude Very impolite. We ask to speak to Supervisor and the Supervisor stated that he would take of it. Next Month the same thing happened with our Bank we Bounced Checks. We call the bank and put a Stop payment because TERMINIX lie and they're very irresponsible and some of the staff don't know what they are doing. We try to Cancel and they told us that we cannot Cancel until April 2024. The Salesman lie to us because he told us that we could any time. I would NOT Recommend this Company to my worst enemy.Review fromAmy N

1 starCrooked! Terminix has no honesty or integrity. They don't even deserve the one star. I recently signed up with Terminix for quarterly treatments and you get your first inspection done so why not. We spoke about his recommendations and he added things to my contract that I specifically said I did not want and got charged $2,000 for an $8 tube of silicone and a $30 bag of steel wool. I canceled this service verbally with the inspector the very next day (since per contract you have 3 days) and for the next several days after that having the conversation that I was not okay with the charges and what they were planning on doing and I still got charged. To top it off, the tech that was out looking at the roof line broke my sprinkler head. He said, "oh we can fix that" but he did not escalate that to anyone to actually get repaired. I informed the inspector that was out and he said the same thing and also never escalated it. I've left messages for weeks with the local office to have a supervisor contact me but nobody does. There are not enough characters remaining in this box to actually tell the entire story but figured I've give the gist. They charge even though services are not complete and they don't look back. Nothing has been resolved, I'm out 2k, and you can't even talk to anyone in corporate. To you honest people out there, be sure you have ALL communications in email or text. Very disappointing. I'm disgusted.Terminix

1 starIf you are experiencing an infestation of any kind in your home or business, NEVER EVER call Terminix. I work with various contractors in the commercial and residential construction industry around the country and have never had a worse experience than what I had with Terminix.I called them out to my home because I had mice running around and needed help getting rid of them. I signed up with Terminix for $1300 to take care of everything. After signing up, I never heard from them again. After a few months, I called and cancelled but they were telling me I still owed the total amount. I have called them multiple times and every time they don't give me a straight answer. I get automated calls everyday saying that my account is past due. On top of that, the inspector lied about seeing evidence of mice in an area in the basement that upon later inspection, was clean and clear. They are scammers and have given me the biggest headache out of any company I've ever dealt with. My advice would be to look to local pest control contractors because they will provide the best service.Terminix

1 starI regret signing a contract with a company with such poor communication skills, and who are solely focused on the money they make. I signed a contract with them and deeply regret not weighing out my other options. They did not utilize proper protocols during redoing my attic insulation, my daughter broke out in a rash all over her body as well as complaining of prickly pins and needles all over her body when she laid in her bed (my attic location is in her bedroom). There was also visible bits of insulation and rodent ***** matter on her bed. They also promised to clean up her closet where the attic entrance was, which was left a dirty mess. I have called multiple times and unable to reach anyone who works directly in my area branch. I tried to call and file a complaint with the company directly last Friday and they hung up on me twice. I overheard the manager telling the technician over the phone during my last visit that she knew I was a complainer and the technician shouldnt have stayed in my house for 2 hours, which was the amount of time it took him to do his job correctly. She said he shouldnt have listened to my requests because time is money. There are still areas left unsealed. I was told a week ago tomorrow that someone would reach out about checking traps, Nobody has yet followed up about checking traps that were set in my house 2 weeks ago by this company, I have been cleaning up and doing their job for them. I am very displeased with this whole experience and wish I wouldve invested in a company who would have done the job right and took their time to do so, and also would follow through with the verbal agreement. I would like a discount on services received and to be removed from this contract, since I have been such a complainer for wanting services that I was promised done correctly and have been shown that they truly dont care about their customers or doing the job right.Terminix
