      We had a heat treatment done at our residence on March 5th, 2024. As a result of the heat treatment, there was damage to various vinyl fixtures, windows and recently installed vinyl plank flooring. Some of the damage was addressed, but not the flooring damage. I have called several times regarding this and nothing has been resolved yet. Due to the cost and extent that a large portion of the existing floor will have to be removed to be repaired, and the lack of response received so far, we are looking for at least a full refund of the cost of the treatment. $4200.00 Just communicated again with someone at Terminix, ( I assume it was with someone at the ***********, ** location, since that is the nearest to us.) same story was given, "someone from management will get back to you with a resolution"

      If I could give a zero star review I would. We had Terminix out to take care of a bat issue. Long story short, they installed chicken wire up in the eves of our back porch. While they were here, they told my wife we have a major mouse problem in our basement. They installed mouse traps around the basement! Its been just about a year now, and we have yet to catch a mouse with the 6 or so traps they have put out! For the chicken wire and mouse traps, Terminix has charged us over $3,000. They set us up on a monthly payment schedule to pay this off. We got tired of it and paid the payoff balance last month. Come to find out, we still owe an additional $690 for some unknown reason. Their customer service is horrible and will not help us resolve this. Terminix is a bogus company. I hope Terminix reads this review because you should be ashamed of yourselves.

      Termites have a habit of drafting my account for payment although it unauthorized. I only give permission for a one time payment and want them to bill me to make sure my services are done prior to payment. I want to see what is done and when prior to paying them and for this I never gave them permission to draft my account and I have had numerous conversations about them doing it and yet they continue to violate my request.

      If you want the short, abbreviated version, do not use Terminix. They are dishonest and have an inability to do a professional job. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.We contracted Terminix to remove all the insulation from our attic and close any holes on our exterior where they may be getting in. They gave us a quote of $19,000 to do the job. They were contracted to put 13 inches of insulation throughout our attic and close all of the holes around our house. They told me they completed the job, but when I checked, they only put half as much insulation and did not close most of the holes. We gave them an opportunity to correct their blatant attempt to deceive us. They spent the next week not answering the phone until I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. If you made the mistake of already using Terminix for your insulation, go back and measure. It is supposed to be 13 inches, and I can assure you, it is not.

      Have an annual contract toe termites. Found some after initial treatment and called for a follow up. Scheduled for today from 9-11am. No call no show. When I called to schedule theyre very pushy to get you to sign on for another plan such as pest control. I am not happy.

      I start service w Terminix in 2016.The service has become progressively worse. I have bait stations in the ground. They keep putting in new stakes without pulling up the old ones, or they recharge the old ones, which are si old the tops won't s**** on, consequently all the bait is washed away ny the rain and when U tried to get them replaced, they said they couldn't keep the appointment because I didn't pick-up the phone on the day if the appointment. Taking money and making my life miserable.

      Have complained several years about their DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES, yet they continue. **** says in example expires 3/27/2024. After research & looking on back of bill, actually expires 6/31/2024!months later. This blatant scam is a hardship on the elderly and others that Terminix refuses to change.

      Terrible customer service! I was a first time customer who scheduled an inspection for the ******************* My appointment was supposed to be on 4/20/24 from 1pm-3pm. I made arrangements as needed and spent 5 hours prepping the house for the inspection. At 7:43am the day of the appointment I receive a text message from the technician asking me if he could come at 9am so that he could be off that day at noon. That was the first red flag! Second issue was the inspector arriving to the house to do the wrong service and then becoming combative when I tried to present proof, via email that we had the correct inspection and there had been an error made on the companys end. I was told by the inspector that he would forward my email to his manager. He was dishonest and never forwarded him said email. The manager called me the following day and there was no acknowledgment of any kind that he was going to address these issues to his team. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Based off the many poor reviews left from other customers, this branch should be investigated!

      I signed a contract for 8% and the bill from the bank said 18% percent. I'm horrified because I cannot afford it. I wouldn't have have their service if I knew it will be 18% I cannot afford it. Now that I'm trying to fix this thing manager don't even respond. Horrible horrible experience. I'm a single mother and with the inflation I cannot afford the 18%.
