      I dont like writing negative reviews about companies but I have to make people aware of this company. They dont even deserve a star but that is the lowest I can give them. They are a scam. I contacted them to have bats and squirrels activities in the my attic removed. They came and took pictures and acknowledged their entrance. The technician told me they will come and seal the entrance. As I am writing this review nobody has come again after I made payment for work. I have called their offices and the cooperate office serval time and I am always told a technician will come but no one shows up. Now I want a refund for work not done and they are refusing to give me back my money. Be careful before you contact them to do any work on your property. Its not worth the hustle. Not only did they waste my time, now I have to take the matter to court for a resolution.

      This company was a joke from the start. Either they're late, forgot I was on the schedule, no-show or my car broke down. I will never deal with these people again nor will I refer them because they are a unreliable company.

      My name is ***** ********* and have been a Terminix customer for many years. Recently my home was infested with termites. I contacted Terminix, explained my concerns and they responded immediately. They told us what we needed to do and worked with ******* by step. Terminix owned the problem and approved funds to have repairs done. Thank you Terminex for your prompt and caring response.

      We hired terminix to help us get rid of bed bugs back on may 24 2024. Now with it being October nothing has changed. They calm to be "spraying" but proving uneffective. The last appointment we Scheduled on October 7th the technician never even showed up. Still have no reason why they didn't or even a notice. I had called them to complain about the service that day, and to get a full refund for the Non effective treatments. The representative put in the request to Speak to management saying. "It will take 24 hours for someone to contact you." Which I never received one so I called them again even more mad October 9th. Same thing happened with a different person. Still never received a call, and now Oct 11th called them same thing different person. At this point I am very mad more than likely we're going to get a lawyer involved.

      I thought I had fleas my Grandson who visits once a year had what we thought was hives this last visit they took him to Emergency room where the Dr. said there bed bugs So my Daughter in law called me and told me that was in July I wanted to believe they were fleas so I e been treating myself 50 bottles rubbing alcohol cause I read that kills both just in case they were bed bugs..Every.kind of big killer bombs thru out my couch and when i tore up rug there were thousands ...When the bugs had no where to hide they went to kitchen in my heating vents i boiled water continuously and threw pans of it in vents 10 big ones at a time came out dead yaay i killed them so i thought i open my fridge to get a drink anout a couple hours later and filled in my fridge are 100 bed bugs I bought two more big bottle of rubbing alcohol spayed my fridge hoping I got th all but was so grossed out I don't even put food in it anymore So since then hundreds if not thousands are feasting on my cats they don't bite me only on my butt..so I put petroleum jelly and can't bite me so I realized after fridge insodent they were bed bugs I told my landlord and Terminex came I'm pointing the babies out to him and he's not responding but at the end he said he saw nothing and there are hundreds if not thousands all over every appliance counters bathroom floors and he said he saw nothing so guess what nothing will be done because he said he saw nothing ..That was earlier today it's 1230 at night they are crawling all over me and my cats I cannot sleep knowing once I lay down I'm covered with them and told boot another species of bug was under the rug some kind of parasite..He lied or he needs glasses They are right in front of him Nothing will be done because he lied what am I suppose to do?? Treat them myself which I have done 3to 4 months no!!!!! You will be hearing from me I have pictures witnesses and I'm taking cats to vet for blood tests So I'm so frigging pissed hope you sleep welli won't

      Do not under any circumstances use this company! After being in contract with them for a year and telling them not to renew my services they proceeded to bill me 4 months later for $180 in September for services supposedly rendered in June. When I called customer service they informed me that shouldnt have happened because my account was not set up to be renewed and that they would credit my card back for that amount. 2 weeks later I still didnt have my money back so I called again. This time they told me just the opposite and that they reviewed it further and that they would not be returning my money. I asked the representative to speak to a manager or supervisor and was flat out told No. They refused to let me speak with anyone else and said the matter was closed. When I asked why they waited 4 months to bill me if they really did do service, they said they have no explanation for that. I never write these types of reviews but I am hopeful that it saves at least one person from doing business with this crooked and criminal company. If this keeps even one person from falling into the same trap I did then the $180 price tag I had to pay is well worth it. Please, please go through some other company.

      I would give them 0 stars it it was an option. i have been paying for a service that never gets done. they constantly reschedule appointments without notifying the customer so you are waiting at home losing money because you take off work for no reason. they reschedule so much that the service never gets performed.

      Totally unorganized and unaccountable. They schedule appointments and they never show up. We tried to reschedule 3 times and all three times they did not show and twice we received phone calls from one of their techs who showed up randomly asking to spray our basement without us in the house on his schedule. He blamed the office for the scheduling issues and believes that you can tell a customer you can be there on a certain day and a certain hour and then change it without their knowing it. We said no and rescheduled again with a different tech who did not show up. WE rescheduled again and we did get a call from ***** who inisisted he come on his schedule and he would not take no for answer even though his schedule did not meet ours. I was polite and assertive, and then I called the office and and shared how I felt I was harassed on the phone and via text. They never showed up in October as promised and Then they billed me and when they did not show up I called and found my account had been cancelled. They have not kept one promise or been faithful to their contract. zero stars but I gave one because the people in the office in ****** were polite.

      It's a scam pay for them to get rid of bees in my home they made the problem worse then would not come back to fix the problem and would not refund my money I'm going to get a lawyer involved
