      Fedx is the worst delivery service around. If I had a choice I would be very have anything I order delivered by them. Have videos of the deliver driver chucking/kicking packages. Letting them just a feet or so from the covered porch out in the weather. Fedx needs to get their c*** together

      The delivery people lie about customers being home. My husband sat on our front porch for two days waiting for a package. Each day the driver put in their system that customer was not available. I too have watched a delivery person go to the back to get my package, come back with nothing. Her response in the system was that there were dogs within the vicinity. Again not true.

      I have been waiting more than a month for international package, I spoke with 4 useless rep and my package still sitting in *******, FedEx is more like professional THIEVES !!!

      I don't understand how this company continues to get away with charging your for overnight and never delivering on time, then refuses to reimburse you. Their standard statement is "this is our policy and that's the final resolution, I will now respectfully disconnect this call". The only solace is knowing a person can have ZERO skill sets, an IQ of 4 and still have a place to work. This company has a 1 STAR rating and nothing ever is done about it. This page is nothing but "post a rant". Nothing becomes of it. Sad state of this country when the best resolution you can get is posting into the abyss just to get it out of your system......

      Package has to be signed for because it's an expensivecell phone , but this is day 3 of tracking saying out for delivery. Customer Service has been no help at all and said driver must be running out of time to deliver my item. FedEx is an awful service, *** is so much more reliable.

      I had two packages being sent where I work for depot repair from ******* I received a call before I got a call from FedEx before I arrived to my office stating they had *my business address* but they needed verify the street number??? Besides the fact they just mentioned the number, we receive packages from them DAILY. We also receive ****** shipments probably once a week, so this is nothing new. So I spent the next 20 minutes attempting to reach someone using their terrible automated system but they provide no way to actually reach a representative. Either I couldn't proceed because I wasn't the shipper or "The package is out for delivery and a representative has no additional information".I've had shipping issues with various companies but none have FedEx constantly disappoints. I refuse to ship using their services and do everything in my power to avoid having any of my shipments carried by them.

      I ordered *********** as a Christmas gift for my son. It arrived at FedEx warehouse at the location for delivery on 12/8, got on a truck 12/12 12/,14 and 12/18, but returned to the warehouse each time undelivered. Meat had spoiled. I got a call from FedEx 12/19 telling ME to call ***** Steaks that meat is spoiled. The meat was resent by ***** and promised delivery by 12/27, So far It has been on the truck twice in correct town for delivery on 27th & 28th and twice returned to warehouse. Today is 12/29. I have called FedEx twice and promised it was on the truck for delivery. My daughter in ********* from home and is always available to be reached for any questions from FedEx with the delivery again. Again delivery still has not been made.

      Paid premium for 2 day delivery only to have my item get shipped east a thousand miles away from me (I live 500 miles west of the item's point of origin) and be sitting in a warehouse 48 hours after the package was marked accepted at a Fedex facility from the hands of the shipper. Meanwhile customer service reps keep telling me that "2 day service" means that they really have 3 days to deliver it.Additionally, their phone system is really flawed. One has to have a "valid tracking number" to get past the robot answering program to even talk to a representative or the program hangs up on you. Since the tracking number was presented wrongly initially in an email to me, I could not get through to even inquire/file a complaint initially.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. A few months ago we express shipped parts at the beginning of the week and didnt receive them in time for my sons motocross race. Recently we ordered Christmas presents with express shipping and didnt receive them until 3 days after Christmas. Supposedly due to weather in our area, funny thing was there was no weather, they wouldnt admit to losing the box and when we had called and asked to talk to a supervisor they flat out refused. We now have the companies we order motorcycle parts from notified not to use FedEx.

      Am very discouraged with Fed Ex. They are unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive and unreachable. I work in a large building with one main entrance and several other little/un-used external doors. Recently, over the last 6 months or so, the Fed Ex drivers are leaving our packages at every entrance but the Main Entrance. We have several departments in our building and this issue is causing chaos. Our building has been in operation for more than 100 years. The building has a **************** in the Main Hallway, just inside the Main Entrance. The Main Entrance is the only entrance without stairs. I've worked here nearly 10 years, as a procurement officer. We have never had this problem before. Several personal contacts with ********************* has not resolved the issue. It is now affecting the Vendors we will purchase from. If they use FedEx, I cancel the order and explain why. We don't have a bit of trouble with any of our other shipping drivers, even the new ones. Access to our building is via a private drive that is shaped like a horseshoe. No traffic, no parking concerns, no need to turn around, just pull in, drop off and go. Such a shame.....
