      Supposed to have 5 packages delivered more then a 1 week ago. FedEx states packages are out for delivery but never get delivered. Like another person said our packages are just riding around in their trucks. Very disappointing person can't get their stuff delivered. The BBB should look into what is going on with FedEx.

      Their driver never delivered my pkg I live in Manhattan he took it to the Bronx no one has been able to tell me where the pkg went it was my granddaughter gift I'm still trying to recover it I don't understand how he took it to the Bronx when I live in Manhattan I'm so furious!

      For some reason, FedEx drivers totally ignore sing on (unlocked) front porch door saying "Please leave packages inside ****** ******** all pkgs outside. Phone calls to customer service do nothing. No problems with **** DHL, US Mail or Amazon, only FedEx.

      If I pay for 2 day shipping I expect my package to arrive on time. Customer care is a joke you dont even get to talk to anyone. They dont even know where your package is and why their drivers arent doing their job. If a package is going to be late the customer needs and explanation on why their package is late. Horrible customer service.

      Used Fed Ex through a third party - Ship Sticks - lost my clubs. They know they are sitting in the ************** or *******, ** warehouse but there is no customer service rep or contact who can help **. Poor customer service. Poor tracking. Poor resolution services.

      EVERY package to be delivered to my home is NEVER delivered. You CANNOT contact customer service without a tracking number or door tag. Package was NOT delivered NO door tag NO tracking number

      Would give a negative start rating if possible. I ordered an expensive item a couple weeks before Christmas assuming there would probably be delays. FedEx delivered 2 put of 3 of the packages. The most expensive package on the set still hasn't been delivered. It was updated to "out for delivery" then updated to "no delivery attempt was made" but the package was never updated to "back at the FedEx facility." My package has been at the status of "out for delivery" for 2 weeks now. I called the create an investigation, which was closed the same day, just hours later and was told they are having delays due to high-volume and closed my case. Looks to me like someone at their company stole my expensive package and FedEx is trying to not take responsibility. Worst FedEx experience ever!

      5th time this year they screwed me over. Every single time I have used this company they have either#1 lost my stuff,#2 stole my stuff, #3 destroyed my stuff, #4 sent to WRONG STATE , OR #5 A COMBINATION OF ANY OF THESE and sometimes all of these. I am not exaggerating this. Their motto should be " if you absolutely positively want to get your s*** destroyed or stolen, we're your guy, GUARANTEED!

      FedEx is the worst delivery company we have ever had. Their drivers lie and say they attempted to deliver the package when we know for a fact they did not because we stayed home four days waiting for a package that required a signature. The Customer Service is terrible and they appear to be unable to help rectify the situation. Their's is a faulty system.

      Today we had a package from **** club it came in a unmarked white mini van. The guy pulled into the drive a few feet threw the package into the yard and backed out hitting our trash can, knocking it over. Not very pleased with this service.
