    Great customer service from a reputable business and very easy to do business with. In 6 days I accepted their offer, shipped my goods and received the payment. Their emails with the purchasing info & instructions is detailed, and the entire process is smooth and efficient. I'll be referring friends to 2ndmarkets.com.

    I found Jon and the 2nd Market company on line while I was trying to sell my sterling silver. Their website is easy to follow and they are fast to respond if you have any questions. I was a little hesitant on sending my sterling silverware to them using their ***** account there is nothing to worry about it was easier than they said. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend using them. It’s an easy and fast process. I got my money within a couple of days mine was a little longer because of the weekend but all the money cleared in 24-48 hours. They are very trustworthy and gave the best price for my sterling silver. Amazing company

    Very professional and very quick turnaround!! I sent photo of my coin collection and they responded immediately with offer. After I accepted offer, my shipping label was available same day and I shipped to them on the next day. They received it 2 days later and promptly paid funds via ******. Would do business with them again.

    Jon and the team at 2ndMarkets are a wonderful group of people to work with.  Not only are they extremely responsive, they are very easy to work with and the prices they offered for me items were very favorable.  Once we agreed on the price, they promptly sent out emails with clear instructions on how to properly and safely pack my items as well as a link to generate a pre-paid ***** label.  My items were delivered on a Wednesday after lunch and I received payment via ***** not even 3 hours later!  Extremely professional and top notch company that I highly recommend.   Thank you!!

    Would first want to say I was skeptical about selling my silver plates online, but 2nd Markets have been nothing but professional. I was able to send them what I had, they got back to me with a list of what they were willing to take and gave me a fair price for it. They made everything easy to work with from how to package everything to printing out the shipping label. Payment was quick once they received the package. Highly recommend and would love to work with them again if I ever need to sell similar items. Highly trusted and amazing communication
